I don't anticipate any problems with my kids (but then who among us really does) but I have told my older one and will tell my youngers as they get older that they are to lawyer up immediately and a minor only answer questions with parent if not yet adults and not to agree to LDTs unless adviced by counsel and in full agreement ahead of time as to the exact question to be posed.
I know it may seem incongrous that we here so interested in crime and justice would advice our children thus, but as crime conousuers as it were, we of all people know how sometimes the wrong folks are sent upriver without the proverbial paddle. Thankfully, I don't think it happens all the time, but it does indeed happen.
I always have that in the back of my mind when I am on here screaming for justice.
OOPs sorry back on topic (sheepish grin)
