If Terri didn't do it, then why.....

Ok, from your link:

But, when he details what happened during those tests:

That means she didn't take the test.

So we're now down to two.

Regarding the first one:

Now we already know there was no second poly. (not being connected to the machine + no questions = no polygraph)

The "third" test (which is in reality the second poly):

So as far as we know then, there were only two polys administered to Terri, and she failed both.

By george, I think we've go it. I partial fail (first), one total fail (third) and one refusal (second)

Still not quite right. No partial tests. First and third tests were complete and failures. Second test she walked out before starting.

In the cbs link I posted, he clearly says that the first one that she took was partial, and that she walked out in the middle of it.

eta: I just went and listened to the ww link and he definitely says she failed the first poly, but doesn't address whether or not she completed it. So, based on the comments in the CBS link and the statement that she failed in one particular area, it's mo, and jmoo, that she partially completed the first poly, failed the part she took (or at least was told so) and left.

if he was dead in the truck, at least there would be some evidence of that. So I don't think that's possible.

Keep in mind that it takes two to four hours after death for a body to develop cadaver scent. So if he was dead in the truck and she disposed of his body in the first two hours, there would be no scent for cadaver dogs to hit on.

As to other trace evidence, I'm hard put to come up with anything that wouldn't be normally present in a truck that Kyron rode in regularly. His fingerprints, skin cells, his hair and his saliva would all be normal and expected. Even small amounts of blood that could be commensurate with a minor cut or a nosebleed. Even urine could be explained by the fact that he's a seven year old and sometimes seven year olds have accidents.

Someone (I can't remember who, sorry) suggested that a large amount of vomit with some type of drug or poison would be suspect and I agree. However, there are plenty of ways to kill a person that do not cause them to regurgitate.

Particularly if his body was wrapped in something right away, I really think it is easily possible that nothing was left behind that would be suggestive of death.

It does make me wonder, though: are all of baby K's blankets accounted for?

Here is the thread about the 3 polys. The link is there.
