FCA killed her child and put her in the trunk. SHE KNEW what was causing the smell.:waiting:
Yeah...you and logical are bringing me back around to the reason that this jury had every reason to find her guilty. There is a plethora of reasoning as to whether the state shoud've done this, the state should've done that...the simple facts have been stampeded, and they WERE presented to the jury.
Totally lied for 31 days. Not one or two lies, 5000 different embelished lies.
Totally acknowledged to AH that her car smelled like death.
Totally avoided her mom.
Totally lied to LE and even told them they would not break her (though I don't remember that little gem being entered into evidence.)
Plus, rationale for homicide detrmination, as simple as Dr. G could possibly make it:
Failure to report an accident.
Child found bagged.
Child found with duct tape on the face which kept the mandible in place.
And what did George ever lie about that was entered into evidence? An affair that happened after Caylee was dead?
To believe that KC did all of this because her family taught her to lie, or because her family is a pack of liars, is to remove any and all responsibility from KC for her own actions. To make excuses for her. Many, many excuses. You would seriously have to buy into the fact that it is the world against KC to be able to ignore the obvoius in this case.
Yep, ya'll reminded me that they did have plenty of evidence. Plenty. And they ignored at least three instructions:
Don't consider the penalty.
Do consider lesser charges.
Opening statement is not evidence (one of the alternates mentioned OS's, and if he considered it, so did one of the others).
CSI effect was in effect. Payday and wanting to get home was forefront. Seeing trees but no forest. No justice for Caylee.
