Does this mean he didn’t do it?
Yeah, sure...

Waiting for a comment from Dave Chappelle.....
Does this mean he didn’t do it?
Unbelievable!!
It’s actually mind blowing… mooHonestly, this move by the Illinois Supreme Court just might be the ticket for me ( and mine ) to finally move out of Illinois.
Taxpayers, citizens and jurors past present and future should be outraged.
This was all a hoax, directed at the citizens of the city.
Justice be damned. And Kim Foxx skates out, like a princess.
smh
Illinois is spelled CORRUPTION
The 's' is silent.....
IMO
That is what it appears to be… mooSad. Just glancing at the opinion now. so the Prosecution quickly made a shady deal which the trial court rejected but the Supreme Court of Illinois said is binding. Essentially just affirming shady practices in the local state's attorney office.
vote early, vote often … look the other way…There is NO way that was a "deal". Nothing was written out, signed. No documentation of his "hours". Not even a receipt for his forfeitire of the bail money. Where did that money go?
Wow, so much corruption.
I don’t know but I hope they sue the pants off Jussie. This is an absolute travesty and IMO is a hate crime. It’s so disappointing to see this happen. Did he have to pay the 2 guys who “kidnapped” him for damages? Slander?

I am guessing there is a very good chance he will file a suit, or notice of intent to sue, against the City of Chicago very soon. And the City will just quickly settle it with a payment of an undisclosed amount.
Two brothers who helped stage a hate crime attack against actor Jussie Smollettwon’t be able to collect damages from Smollett’s lawyers for defamation, a federal judge in Chicago ruled Friday.
