If the remains have been there for some time I wonder if it is Brad Olsen. He went missing nearby the same location in 2007.

these tragedies make me so sick....people just minding their own business only to be found dead somewhere w/ who knows what done to them...it gets to be overwhelming for me to read about it.

I feel so badly for her parents & everyone who cares...how heartbreaking.

Prayers the perp is caught quickly & locked away forever!!

WGN just relayed the press conference and said the remains have not yet been identified but it is assumed to be Toni. Her family has been notified. Student at NIU, especially those who knew Toni, are in a very somber mood. Seems pretty definite...very sad.
