I am not sure that information is correct. It appeared on some of the earliest fliers. But much of the early information that appeared on the fliers and seen on friends and family SM concerning where she was seen last was not correct.
It's been difficult to figure out a timeline in this case. LE hasn't really put much out there. Do they think she left voluntarily? Have cell phone records been checked? Any pings? I have so many questions.
It isn't clear that they have checked her phone records - they have been very tight-lipped about this - but if I had to hazard a guess I believe that they have and from that they could determine the last people she was known to be in contact with or had made arrangements to meet with (if anyone) and the location of her phone until it was powered off or the battery died.
Early on I was hoping for a VI. I know that they had formed their own group and tried working through this on their own. There are a number of people here with various expertise that may be helpful to them. They should engage a SAR group - especially one that has worked with Loves Park Police before - as soon as they can.
BBM. What concerns me is if someone thought Emily might have had several hundred dollars on her person, rather than it being at home, and was trying to rob her. The other concern is if she owed someone money and it was known she had money - whether she was carrying it or not.
She had been drinking and got lost. Probably disoriented and drove into the water just my opinion. If she had mixed drugs and alcohol she could of been out of it. What were the weather conditions on that night? It happened a few months ago in Kansas city. (Toni was her name) She had been drinking and had drugs in her system. She was lost and drove right down a boat launch. She wasnt found for 3-4 months. This is my first comment so tell me if i broke any rules.I do, too.
