Girl, 16, and 1-year-old daughter reported found

Chicago police say they found a 16-year-old girl and her 1-year-old daughter who were reported missing in early December from the Little Village neighborhood.

Did they use a previously reported height/weight for the child? At 1 years old she should be around 27-31 inches and 15-20 pounds 13 inches and 10 pounds sounds like an infant and does not match the current photo of the little girl.

Thank goodness they've been found, but what on earth is going on here? This is the second time they've gone missing (the article from the first time said it was a possible abduction), and given everyone's ages S would have been 14 when she got pregnant. I really hope they're both safe and recieving support.
