6/17/20 Update: Case management hearing has been rescheduled on 7/1/20 & a jury trial will begin on 9/28/20. 7/1/20 Update: Case management heard & a new case management hearing on 8/6/20 at 9am. Jury trial to begin on 9/28/20 at 9am.
8/6/20 Update: Motion for trial continuance-granted. Next case management conference hearing on 10/5/20 & trial is now set to begin on 12/14/20.

Good morning @Niner - I just checked the docket. The case management has been reset again to 10/15/2020 at 9:00 am. They still have the jury trial set to begin on 12/14/2020 at 9:00 am. I will check back on the the 15th.

@Niner The status conference was held yesterday and another one set for 02/02/2021 at 9:00 am. The trial date is on 03/08/2021 at 9:00 am so they pushed everything out a few months.
