If the first writ does get granted, and things like the FM are no longer sealed and can be given to the public upon request, here are some of the non-confidential materials we would be able to have access to and get some of our questions answered. Just highlighted the ones that seem to be of greatest interest.

RA was in his mind, assisting LE. He was very clear that he was on the trail. And, an independent witness was very clear that his car was gone by the time of the incident. That same witness had a very different description of the man she saw exiting the trail.

I don't think he even tried to put forward an alibi. If I am wrong someone will correct me. But if I just committed double murder I don't think I'm strolling into the station to say "Hey, just wanna let you know,

1. I was there that day, around that time in fact, too
2. Oh I own a blue coat (even though witness said tan) and
3. Sure, I have knives and guns! Of course, I do!"

Doesn't make sense to me. I don't care how dumb I am, I don't see myself doing that.

So as far as you know, there’s been no mention of his whereabouts from 1:30 - 3:30 pm on 2/13/17?

It's stated he said he saw the girls before going to watch the fish. Do we have his police interview? Do you know if he reveled where he went after? Home? (FM pp 114 - 118) Was he scheduled to work later (CVS, licensed pharmacy technician)?

Awesome! If I could only pick 3 items I could have, my choices would be:

#4 - Todd Click’s summary
#48 - G. Ferency’s email to T. Liggett
#96 - Mary Jacob’s Polygraph examination

Tough choices, but those would be mine :).

I like this, good choices! If I could only pick 3
Items:

#17- DNA Documentation
#65- Confidential - FBI Report 2017.04.13
#95- Video - EF Interview 2018.02.27

More than anything on the exhibit doc, I would like to read the official autopsy by the forensic pathologist. But I’m not sure if the xD ever got it.

IMO his claim to leave by 1.30 is incriminating rather than exculpatory

We know when he saw the 3 girls he was arriving not leaving and the time was approx 1.30. (Digital Time stamp of Photo per AA)

So unless he saw a different group of girls this is bad for him.

The world is full of examples of people doing the dumbest interviews with police on interrogation video. I’m personally not surprised he incriminated himself because it happens so many times, even with sophisticated defendants.

The fact that he did the interview at all without a lawyer speaks to his stupidity and naivety even if he is innocent. He handed them probable cause.

The reality is it’s hard to play the role of innocent man and also refuse to speak to law enforcement

Not surprised he also apparently confessed later

Funnily enough if he didn’t do the 22 interview he’s likely a free man today

It will be super interesting to get the footage of it.

The statement from the guards still stands.
People wear things all the time that don't define them.
I wear a cross. I am Pagan.

I am still trying to understand what the odinist prison guard allegation has to do with a search warrant issued long before the defendant ever went to prison.

Unless we are supposed to believe that odinists are behind this whole conspiracy against him

Exactly, Odinist schmodinist. The SW is going to be found valid, as it should be IMO. RA and DT are going to have a heck of a time once it is revealed what was actually recovered and the true test results instead of the insinuations and spin by the exD.

I think there is some sort of trophy that connects RA to the scene personally.

P.S. - OT I'm sick to see Pistorius being released in January. :(

NORSE GOD

Odin

By Thomas Apel

Widely worshiped by the Germanic peoples of the Middle Ages, Odin, furious lord of ecstasy and inspiration, was the highest of deities and the chief of the Aesir tribe of gods and goddesses.

Known as “all-father,” among many other epithets, Odin was usually depicted with one eye and a long beard. He would often be accompanied by his familiars—the wolves Geri and Freki, and ravens Huminn and Muninn—and rode an eight-legged horse named Sleipnir.

Befitting his kingly stature, Odin was also a mighty warrior—it was said that he never lost a battle; there were even some who believed he could not lose a battle.

===============================================

Just because someone wears something related to Norse mythology, it does not mean they are involved in ritual sacrifices, or violence in any way.

People routinely wear symbols of their cultural or religious ancestry, and the Germanic peoples of the Middle Ages are ancestral touchstones for many people.

If someone wears a patch referencing Odin, that does not make them automatically menacing cult members.

I agree with you that wearing the patches does not make them automatically menacing cult members but neither does it rule them out. Why do you think the guards wore them?

I am not knowledgeable in Odinism but from it seems like he was all about war and violence. The Berserkers are said to have been followers of Odin. o_O

imho, these 2 guards were in a job that requires a uniform.

So how, exactly, is it uniform if a couple guys add patches to that clothing???

?s about organizational structure at that correctional center, I guess.

Just curious. Is there any evidence or witness testimony of these guys being in the area of the bridge and trail that day? IIRC, there's security cam video from the Harvest ? store nearby that recorded cars driving in the area that day. Did any of the "Odin" guy's vehicles appear in that video? TIA

That, along with other things, would be worth looking into.

Excellent choices! I struggled with two of those and completely missed one. Maybe we should get six choices? :)

One confessed to his sister... I can't remember his name let alone his initials... you'll have to search the documents for it. GH has a video with someone who spotted a vehicle that looked like it the cars the guys who catfished there drove.

I don't remember if it's ever been stated how far the HHS camera's range is.
I'd be really interested to know that.
