"LE told us a witness didn't know eye color but said not blue??"
So, this witness was close enough to see that this person's eyes were NOT blue, but does not know what color his eyes actually were?
I've pondered this statement several times. How could it be? Is the witness color blind, only able to see blue?
I mean, most peoples eyes are what, blue, brown, green, hazel....how many colors do we have here?
Does the killer have two different colored eyes? Think about it, if I'm close enough to definitively state that your eyes are NOT blue, would I not notice if they were two different colors?
I don't get it. Help me out here![]()
I imagine it could depend on a few things like the angle you're looking at them from, how long you got a glimpse, the light. Light, for example, does a lot to eye colour. Even if your eye colour is set, it can change if your eyes are exposed to sunlight. And as a result, your eyes might appear as a darker shade of brown, blue, green, or grey, depending on whatever your current eye colour is, than they actually are.
