If the agencies investigating the Delphi case were going to try to stop release of the interview information, they've had plenty of time to file legal action about it. It appears they haven't done so.

Which says to me either the information isn't significant, or it's significant and they want the public to know.

I don’t think [JBC] had been out from prison in South Dakota all that long when Indiana swooped in and tried to nail him on this old charge. I think he’s known to the law and they’ve been trying to get him for a long time. I also suspect him for Evansdale. I wish I knew more legalese because I suspect his court records tell a story. I just don’t know enough about the system to say for sure what that story is.

JBC is definitely still on my radar. (So is DN, despite ISP's lack of interest.) I can't really picture him as having any connection to KAK or his father, though. JBC seems like too much of a loner.

I spent quite a lot of time with the South Dakota records trying to figure out when exactly he was in custody, trying to see if he was out for the Evansdale case. He was in and out for a couple of years, out on parole and then accused of probation violations. At least once he was returned to custody and then released again on repeal; at least once he was charged with a probation violation but left free pending the hearing. It was all very convoluted and I couldn't find anything definitive to rule him out, though I assume LE can get access to places the public can't see.

I think it went down something like this where KAK shared the profile with his dad and then maybe his dad's out drinking one night and shares it with JBC , shows him how to get on...

I think all three are the same ilk , and looks like the dad has some past offenses.

I don’t get the impression that JBC had a lot of friends aside from people he met in prison or that he’s known since a minor. And possibly from transitional living or a treatment center along the way.

The cemetery would be the perfect place to park. The south end is on a downward grade. It is impossible to see the road from down there.

I have thought since the beginning that the cemetery was either how he entered or exited or both.

I parked in the very back corner of it, right next to RL property and got out and looked up the hill and could not see the road.
Then we walked to the road and looked out at the cemetery and could not see my car parked down there.

My bridge cross was actually longer. I stopped my camera to concentrate on not falling into the creek! I also stopped the camera on the trail. My guess as to what they were doing is talking and taking pictures. One of the girls took a picture of another while they were on the bridge. I also have a hunch that they encountered Bridge Guy on the trail, possibly at or before where the trail splits. This is by the memorial on the trail. If he went on that trail, he could get to the bank of the creek, see where the girls were at on the bridge, and then go up to the bridge himself.

I think the fact that they raided their house less than two weeks after the murder implies they knew it was a solid lead. Based on what I remember and what the public knows, I don't think there were that many warrants of this type issued early on.

They could have put them on the back burner because there wasn't really a lot of strong evidence and there were other leads to follow. But that 2019 presser, talking about "you thought we had gone a different direction" does speak to me. There's been a lot of rumors about a false alibi as well in the years since. KAK being charged could have changed the game for them.

Someone other then TK/KAK might benefit from this thinking perhaps. IMO

totally! there are people out there who know him or have had contact with him, worked with him etc.. I think he likes to party with younger people who are easy to fool and easy to exploit. He can look really young when he wants to..he hides his age. He also has exes ! so not just his family..I am sure those exes are terrified of him. mOO

Honestly I’ve been feeling that way since JBC just straight up plead guilty without any sort of fight or plea deal. I apologize for being stuck on him, but … I just think they are quite close to being able to announce an arrest/charges.

I mean, they already had KAK in custody and knew all about the social accounts- for literally years. Is he a socially awkward keyboard commando who finds tween/teen girls easier to talk to than adult women? Probably. Does he have some weird sexual kinks he needs to sort out? Maybe. Is what he did inappropriate, harmful, and illegal? Absolutely. Is he a killer? IDK.

Is JBC a killer? I think yes. Maybe he got pics and vids from KAK. Maybe he used the anthony_shots accounts. LE used interesting language like “the creator of the account” in the affidavit. I don’t know if that’s meaningful or not, but when I read that it makes me think maybe there is some nuance there.

Just fyi, KAK is 27, JBC is 42. Approximately 15 year age difference.

Yes, I’m thinking JBC could perhaps know KAK via KAK’s father. I don’t know how old he is though.

Assuming BG is nobody that has been identified yet, say JBC or other POIs, I wonder if he may share some qualities with Peter Madsen, famed Danish inventor and killer of journalist Kim Wall. He was a psychopath and a sadist. I’m watching a documentary about this case on HBO Max now, “Undercurrent”, and as usual my thoughts go to BG.

What is striking to me is his biographer’s analysis of this man who always needed to be in control, specifically with regards to his work projects. And paraphrasing his own words, he basically says the problems at work, sent him off the deep end, perhaps instigating this descent into madness. Of course this is no excuse, but my thoughts here are I’m wondering if BG had some big work crisis before the murders. In addition to this concept being mentioned in this documentary I’m watching now, I’m also remembering this happen with another case where the perp was essentially losing control at work - he was a police officer embezzling money on the side, and when a lady took control and started investigating him, as his plans and control at work started crumbling, this was when he really lost it and put nefarious plans in motion.

Just some thoughts again, as I think about this idea of BG losing control in his life, specifically at work, in addition to possibly his home life. Of course it could also be nothing of the sort.

Here is the information about this documentary I’m watching now. The killer basically takes this journalist out on his submarine, and comes back alone. It turns out talked about the River of Styx and Heaven and Hell, watched horrific dark web sexual content involving torture, etc. And he planned this crime and tortured and killed this journalist out in his playground submarine, the waters, which also reminds me somewhat of BG.

Peter Madsen was a star, a Elon Musk type, who was smart and respected - he built rockets and submarines. BG could be nothing of the sort, a homeless drifter, a nobody, or maybe he is a somebody.
