I get what everyone is saying but LE lying to KAK about the evidence they have is an interrogation tactic. It's done with purpose for a specific reason and it's not an uncommon tactic. We know they have evidence of the A_S profile talking to Libby. We don't know if they have direct communication of a plan to meet up. It would be the smart move for LE to pressure KAK into confessing (because he seems to like to deny things before admitting to them) to say they have evidence to push him over the line to admitting it. We as the public, cannot push the narrative to what is fact when we do not have anything to back it up.

MOO, but I think it's perfectly fine to take LE interrogation transcripts at face value. What it boils down to is personal opinion on the involvement of KAK in the murders of Abby and Libby. KAK ran the A Shots accounts. There is no way IMO that he isn't involved very deeply with this crime. Other people may have different opinions as you correctly point out.

I found the info MS revealed on where KAK was taken was interesting.
@8mm At some point he was taken to Grissom Airforce Base; they speculated he was taken there for privacy and security so they could have better conversations. However, his arrival was described as "sort of a hullabaloo", a bit of a contingent coming in, with other LE from different agencies. "Not a kind of quiet, let's just drive in situation". That seems slightly contradictory to me.

What wasn't mentioned that the AFB is home to Miami Correctional Facility. Now I'm wondering if they didn't take him there to rattle someone's chains. I'm reminded of the Blackburn murder trial yesterday when one of the co-defendants said he only cooperated when he heard his friend being interrogated in the next room.

I drive past Grissom AFB and Miami Correctional Facility several times a month, the entrance to Grissom isn’t directly next to the entrance to the prison but a few minutes (driving) to the north.

I’ll bet many people aren’t aware that the prison was built on AFB property unless they were around in 1997 when it was built.

I feel like when LE lies during questioning, it's usually because they have some evidence to point to a specific scenario and they want to try to get the person to admit to it by saying they have xyz, but maybe they don't. In doing that, the person could panic and admit to something because they think the police already know. I don't think they throw random things at the person to see what they say. Usually there is a reason for even the "lies" and it's because something points that the lie being somewhat true and they need the person being interviewed to fill in the pieces or conform what they think. So if LE said we know you had plans to meet up, but they really didn't, it could be just simply that in these cases when people are interacting with underage girls online there is usually a plan to lure them to a meet up. If LE thought that could be what was going on, they say to KAK I know there was a plan to meet up.. he thinks LE knows there was so he admits there was. LE lied because they didn't know for sure, but if KAK is admitting to it, then that could very well be what was happening.

I absolutely think he was involved. No one on this board can say "we know KAK was scheduled to meet up with Libby." That's just not a fact at this point.

Thats a pretty accurate statement. I I knew that Jones handled things inside a burglarized building I might tell him “Jones what are your fingerprints doing on the kitchen counter”. If I just suspected that Jones was involved I wouldn’t say that because only Jones knows for sure if he was inside and I’d have lost credibility

however ..when mother of abby or libby i dont recall whom exactly claimed OBG was ruled out ( while being a sexual offender ) and was on the trails .. that is something to make you ..wait WHAT ?

That's fair. I think we can say that LE suggested to KAK in the leaked and published transcripts that they believed he did have plans to meet up with Libby on the day she and Abby were murdered.

Yup. He put himself there on that day, had been communicating with Libby and is a known child predator.
And I suspect (so imo) that there was another person that drove there with him that day.

Violence at that prison has been growing. 2020 was a bad year. There was a murder there on July 4 of this year; guy stabbed in the chest in the afternoon in a day room.

KAK was likely presented with information (proof) that he could not deny showing his whereabouts on February 13th,2017.
Once he was cornered , he had to start singing.
My guess is that he gave up his accomplice, gave LE information that led them to search the Wabash river and made a sad and sorry attempt to minimize his involvement.
He is trying to play the victim card ( you know- likely saying he was forced to be there so that if his accomplice was ever found out , he would be held responsible as well) .

I too have respect for MS . I know many will argue that they are sensationalists, but I feel that there is nothing being brought to us that will harm the outcome of this case.

But what if these people are well-known and have connections? What if people might even heard of them committing such crimes, or it would not surprise anyone if they did, but it happened far away, during so-called “sex tourism”? Haven’t we heard about it? The society itself is very feebly responding to such cases, btw. As it stands, such a guy may have dozens of victims all over the world, and only two in the US. He may still be preying somewhere.

Speaking strictly from a well-known, wealthy family, with connections, standpoint the answer is, yes.

I Think that the Murder Sheet and Barbara McDonald and her team knows more that they are not letting out to the public to protect the case.
There was someone on Reddit, who 1 week ago wrote very similar information to what the MS has just released in their latest episode as to what KK has confessed. Either there is a source telling false information to several people or the Reddit person made this up and posted it on Reddit, where MS picked this story up, or this is in fact true information. I believe and hope for the last, because this may mean that we are very close to get justice for the girls.

I have a question. Do you think that if Reddit was a reliable source, Websleuths would allow their content on here?

Thank you. I thought I was the only one unsure about the red Jeep. The first time I listened I was tired so I listened again. And now I’ll have to listen once more because I’m surprised reading here how so many others interpreted it.
I also respect the MS podcast. They know that some don’t and today’s episode included some clarification from them (again) on why they are focused on the Klines. They aren’t just choosing that angle — it is the only active angle in the case right now and has been since they began podcasting about this case. I think anyone who thinks they don’t deserve some respect could do the fair thing and listen at least to that part of today’s episode.

A moment later she goes on to say what LE communicated to her about the change in direction:
