I have a son 5’10 and 180. He is average size..leaning slightly toward slim. I guess depends on perception.

My son is also 5’10” and 180. Muscular/slim. Not thin or skinny.

Good examples! It all depends on musculature, so I don’t put too much emphasize on these parameters. I have a 6’4” son who weighs 215, and he is very lean.

Also just wanted to add that I rather like the direction that this investigation is going

Investigators very early on brought in many additional outside resources

They knew they were a small town PD

They brought in various agencies essentially making up a task force of very qualified and highly devoted individuals

They kept their options regarding a likely killer very wide open with a huge net focusing on several surrounding areas and states

They are now saying we have reason to believe that this person is in fact local to the area and I think that says a lot about how far they have advanced in this case.

They have found something that has caused them to narrow it down, the last thing investigators like to do is narrow their options unless they have solid evidence for doing so.

It almost literally paints them into a corner and they absolutely do not do it unless they are extremely confident

Same here! The BG figure seems to have a tired sag to him that doesn’t go with the tight jaw & chin of the new sketch JMO

BG does look different in each of the stills they released IMO he looks youngest in the one used @ post 674 ^.

Imo he could have a younger body under all the clothes. I think he deliberately used bulk to conceal weapons/tools for his criminal activity and plus as a disguise.

And I seriously doubt the head of ISP would have personal data on his work laptop. I believe showing this desktop and folders was very deliberate. Hollywood-worthy, really.

So, in your scenario they wouldn't have started where the girls had been known to be? Because me saying that is what started all this.

But the last place they were known to be was where the older sister dropped them off. I dont think they had access to the bridge picture immediately and the dad saw someone coming from one direction who said they hadnt seen the girls so he would have thought he was wasting time looking in the direction that man was coming from.

This is the one frame where I could swear it looks like the perp has no head covering at all. I see a brushed forward hairstyle with a distinctive small bald spot or cowlick on the top of his crown (he's got his head tilted downwards).

I’ve always thought so too. But as the frames are apparently consecutive, it just can’t be so. I think that’s because we know Libby’s video was taken from a considerable distance and it’s blurriness and fuzziness was perfected by Disney and NASA in order for the image to be viewed closeup. If it had been possible to determine a clear face/head image from the video, I’m certain LE would’ve released that. At best, the photo aids in offing a general impression of the appearance of the suspect and eliminates others.

That date would be the two year anniversary of when the girls were killed. Danville, IL is approx 77 miles southwest of Delphi (1 1/2 hr drive). First thing I thought was did he attempt to strike again? I say 'attempt' because so far I've not found anything significant in the Danville news for that day. Would think if he succeeded it would be in MSM somewhere. So did he make an attempt, failed and victim got a good description? Could this have been the catalyst for the recent activity? Just very curious, thinking out loud, pure speculation and MOO.

The 13th again. WTH. Some people believe in numerology and/or are superstitious. I am not one of them. That being said, some weird coincidences about the 13th.

Forgive me because I'm in a bit of a rush this morning, but I've been wondering about BG's physique, which many are visualizing as quite thin. Working from memory, didn't LE say his height is 5'6" to 5'10, which is short to average for a male, and his weight is something like 185-2??, which means he is either average or heavy set. So he is either short and pudgy, or average, but not a thin person? Just wondering about this. MOO

I think there are some pictures with a different aspect ratio because in some he does look taller and thinner and in some he looks shorter and thicker. You know like when you change the settings on your tv and one of the settings squashes things down a bit. I think that is aspect ratio. JMO maybe how different news stations saved or posted the pics. I've already noticed it with the new sketch as well.

Agreed I think LE has had them cleared up as much as possible and to try to do anything more with them just make them distort and change actual characteristics in a way that are not accurate.


And thats one of the reasons that I hesitate to rely on various crime scene reenactment videos that are based off of these images as fact.

We have no way of knowing what all has been done to these video stills that LE are showing us

And I think there is a reason that LE has stated that many of them (videos people have made) are not accurate

Its interesting to look at and many of them are well done. But they are not absolute fact In my book and based on past experiences

I'm frankly a bit curious. For those that don't believe that LE have someone "on the hook" do you believe something should have been brought up about the possible DANGER to the community? Do you think one of the girls was TARGETED specifically? Do you think BOTH girls were targeted specifically?

Not necessarily. He might not be that smart. Don't forget, he managed to either "forget" about Libby's phone or never even thought about it.

I don't think we're dealing with a rocket scientist here.

I also think that there will be searches on his devices that will lead investigators to a better understanding.
