IMHO, I think he is left handed. If that is truly a watch on his right wrist, that is common with south paws and I also believe I see a backpack or duffel bag on his left side as well. All common traits of a south paw.

Newly registered user. Longtime lurker. I just wanted to say we had murder in January here in Tallahassee with DNA at scene. Arrest was made only this week. Offer had DNA in system and was wearing on ankle monitor. This gave me hope for this case.

Why do you think that?

I think left handed for the same reasons others have given. I believe that is a semi-automatic pistol on his right side and a watch on his right wrist.

I definitely hope LE is using Photoshop and not free software. The differences are huge.

I'm sure they are.

And it is interesting to toggle between a Mac and PC to see the differences in images. But the free photo software is horrible. /moo

Leftie here, I wear my watch on my right wrist. My brother is the same way. I think most lefties wear it on the right, at least that's what I have observed over the years.
