I don't see how he was able to do all of this in the trailer and clean up so meticulously that LE wasn't able to notice ANYTHING when they were in that trailer?

>>warning - graphic stuff written below<<

Cringing as I write this but:

Even if he froze her for 24 hours - as she was out in the temperature of the house she would have begun to thaw. It's not easy cutting up the bones of a frozen chicken - it takes TIME and will begin to thaw - so by the time you're nearing the end you are getting fluids ---it's a bit messy. I can't imagine the mess from this. Hacksaw?

I just can't imagine there not being signs of what he did????????

>>my stomach is totally turned from just typing this<<

:insert crying icon here:

I hope every trailer, shed and wooded area was searched for signs of blood/tissue. As for freezer bags, aren't gallon size the largest? I don't recall seeing larger unless they mean storage bags.

Welcome to 2012, everyone.

I just want to weigh in on some of the stuff that has come up overnight. Does anyone here know that there was a pron ring, or that TS allowed Ali to be abused? No.

But here is what I do know that causes me to feel that she is not being held fully responsible for her role in her daughter's death.

1.) Grandfather Lemmon's obituary. No matter what she did or didn't know about MP, she had to know that her own father was an RSO. So why does his obituary say that one of his favorite things was spending time with his grandkids? Especially when one of those grandkids was almost of the exact same age as his former victim in the crime that he was convicted of?

2.) Although former abuse by a male does not mean that a child should never be around males again, it would generally cause one to be a little more cautious about the caliber of male that they allowed their children to be around...I certainly wouldn't ban my child from being around all men, but I would do a little checking into the background of the ones she was around, especially if they were to be taking her overnight.

3.) Miscommunication or not, the fact remains that between the time that ALi died, which might have been as much as three days before she was reported, TS obviously did not speak directly with her child...whether she trusted this man or not,it does not change the fact that she had no contact with her child, and apparently was not overly concerned by this.

That said, there are a lot of rumors that are starting to circulate, that I'm not buying into until I get more info. The idea that TS is on meth, while possible, isn't necessarily true, as I know that just general bad health is enough make a person go downhill very fast, especially when un or under insured. I can't assume drugs until I see some official statement or proof of it.

Likewise, I can't assume a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ring without some kind of official statement. The situation that Ali was in is all too familiar to me, just from experience, and believe me, it doesn't always, or even usually, involve 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Still a possibility, but not the strongest one for me.

ANd yes, a lot of blame does seem to be going to TS, when it should be going to MP, but I think that is because MP has been caught, charged, and isn't going anywhere, and to those that feel like TS should face a penalty for her <unusual> parenting, it feels like only half the battle, and it seems that one of the people responsible is still out and aout, living her life, when Ali will never again have that chance.

Just my thoughts, my reasons for blaming TS, and what I am and am not buying into at this point.

A huge question for me, as it was in the beginning, is who was the outcry witness for Ali's previous molestation? If it was her mother, and TS pursued it immediately, then good on her. If it was someone outside of the home, such as her school, then TS would not have been able to say, "No thanks, we don't want to press charges, we're just going to ignore it and jump state." That point matters to me, because that is what will tell me if TS is really a mother, or if she is just going through the motions when there's someone watching.

All MOO.

Has anyone here done a criminal record check on "Mom"? Just curious . . .

I thought about sheds, and as I posted upthread, about somewhere in the woods.

I just had a thought, though:

Where again, was the laundry room in Pedo Park? Bleach, cleaning supplies?

Maybe this laundry room was inside someone's trailer.

But the key is that he left it up to the mother to get LE involved. If he was a hospital worker, Dr. or teacher he could have been prosecuted for not reporting it to LE. Because they are mandated to report when they are aware that child abuse is happening. Yet the judge after hearing allegations that child abuse was happening didn't make a report and get things started.

Instead he told the mother to go to LE or an attorney (what was an attorney supposed to do for the child.)

If the judge had made a report MP might have been in jail.

Great point, mysteriew! I don't know if a judge is a mandatory reporter; if not they should be. But at minimum there is a moral responsibility.

I wonder if the case never got to that point (of the mother showing the cell phone pictures and other evidence) because the mother did not have standing to request the type of protective order she was seeking. Perhaps the judge did not never saw the evidence. Even so, it seems the officers of the court should have reported it because it was in her petition.

If there is a hunting area where it wouldn't be uncommon to field dress. :(

If it is a w/d that was used then the plumbing/pipes would be pulled. They must have checked that when they moved the trailer. Also, someone local would know if there are septic tanks in the area. [just having to think of these possibilities]

There is a 2 and 1/2 gallon size also. But I am guessing when LE says small bags, they may mean the gallon or less.

I'm thinking that MP thought her remains would be small enough and enclosed enough that they would never be found once the dumpster was emptied. Her precious other parts in the freezer would be small enough to soak chemically and/or bury out in the woods OR toss skeletal remains in various gas station garbage cans right at the pumps.

This case has me wondering how many unresolved cases were murdered and disposed of this way. If a person had an accomplice willing to lend a garage and freezer space, search warrants could be useless unless there is probable cause for the secondary party.

It's scary to think how easily this monster could have gotten away with this crime and lived on the sympathy of Aliahna's family members for life. I can't begin to imagine how he would have continued to abuse their trust and GULLIBILITY.

Does anyone know how to get the details . . anywhere else . . unless someone wants to pay the $25 fee. . . .

Inquiring minds would LOVE to know what TS has been up to in the past.

Just thinking again, that he would want to remove any DNA evidence.

I've read that bleach does remove DNA. She was little. Maybe he thought it would be sufficient.

For those who feel we shouldn't 'blame' the mother:

blame   [bleym] Show IPA verb, blamed, blam·ing, noun
verb (used with object)
1.to hold responsible; find fault with; censure: I don't blame you for leaving him.
2.to place the responsibility for (a fault, error, etc.) (usually followed by on ): I blame the accident on her.
3.Informal . blast; damn (used as a mild curse): Blame the rotten luck.

The BLACK BOLDED is where I sit as far as BLAME with MP. He is absolutely and ultimately responsible for her death.

The RED BOLDED is where I sit as far as BLAME for the mother.

I DO FIND FAULT with the choices she (TS) made that led her daughter to be in the circumstance that led to her horrible, unfathomable murder.

I find fault with her in that:
1. She moved her innocent little girls to a place where she KNEW there was potential they would be at risk.
2. That she did this - would even CONSIDER doing this - after knowing her one precious daughter had already been abused.
3. That she didn't nor did she insist her husband - physically check on her children everyday they were at the 'babysitter' -- ESPECIALLY considering it would have taken them about 40 seconds to walk to where they were - to give them a daily hug - to make sure they didn't need anything......

I could go on and on and on..........with BLAME. Because those actions, IMO, meet the definition of 'finding fault' ......

I am not seeing that quote from grandma in the News-Sentinel AFTER he confessed.

Even if this quote is actually from before the confession, how did this grandma even became so convinced MP didn't hurt her granddaughter? How did the grandma even know MP? She was divorced from the grandpa, she got a new husband, and yet somehow she got to know MP so well that she became convinced he didn't hurt the little girl, regardless of what anyone said.

MY German Shepherd lets the family cat sleep on her head.

same here, we had a poodle, a parakeet, a cat and a GShepherd in 1 house and no problem (plus 2 children and their friends)
It is in how they are bred and raised........IMO

Even with 2 gallon size ------

But the easy to find gallon ones......my god that's a H3LL of a LOT OF baggies.

I thought it was mentioned in news articles that Plumadore was very helpful to the mother and grandmother, folding laundry, getting the children ready for school...

Am I wrong about that? And did they think he did this out of the goodness of his heart?

But, if I am not mistaken, Grandma continued to defend this guy AFTER he confessed! That's what blows *me* away.

Did she? I don't recall seeing where she defended him after the confession, but my memory isn't always up to snuff. Could you post a link to the interview where she defended him after the fact, or was it in a FB post perhaps? (And I'm late to the dance again, so supporting data might have already been posted. If so, please forgive!)

ETA: I see where a Daily Mail "report" was linked later. Sorry, but a number of us WSers liken the Daily Mail to the National Enquirer or TMZ (or certain HLN "reporters" who shall remain nameless)...sensational over factual. Personally I'll have to see a reputable MSM quoting her directly (not repeating what was reported by this media outlet).

Has it been said that MP was an avid ICP fan? Do we know if mom Tarah was also?

Just for the record, what made me think of this is the above post pointing out that the mom stepdad would only have had to walk 40 seconds to check on the young children and give them a hug. That they went so long without even seeing them (do we know that is true?) is disturbing.

Well, sounds like he had a very "successful" apprenticeship at the Trailer Park from Hell, learning from seasoned pros. :furious:
