Naomi Floren, 21, was arrested on July 18 and preliminarily charged with the following offenses:

• Three counts of child molesting, level 1 felony
• Two counts of vicarious sexual gratification with a victim under the age of 14, level 4 felony
• Sexual battery with a deadly weapon, level 4 felony
• Two counts of neglect of a dependent, level 6 felony
• Promotion of child sexual trafficking, level 3 felony
• Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor

Floren has denied the allegations but admitted to taking the victim to the 54-year-old man's apartment. She is currently being held in Monroe County Jail on a surety $250,000 bond and a $1,000 cash bond. Her hearing is scheduled for July 22 in Monroe Circuit Court 2.

She denies it of course but LE found the pills/drugs victim described in Floren's possession and explicit photos of the victim on her phone.

I can't see how they decided not to charge them at all. For helping, a reduced sentence but as a minimum they should register as sex offenders.
