I looked on Google maps and found the CVS and Childcare. I don’t have the map technology to post it here but there is a large retention pond right there.

Looks like Ciera was Xavier's attorney in the past.

Hood said Xavier Breland Jr. is a person of interest in the missing persons case focused on his wife, Ciera Breland, also known as Ciera Locklair.

Winne found loads of documents of interest on Monday which contain serious allegations against Xavier Breland involving another woman, stalking and more.

Some of the time it appears Ciara Locklair was his attorney.

“She was not a family law practitioner, and you could just see that she was in a bad spot having to defend someone that was not a nice person,” attorney Donato “Dan” Palumbo said.

The fact that she was not practising family law likely means that she became his attorney after the two got together. Some people are wondering why she didn't look into his background early on.

Looks like Ciera was Xavier's attorney in the past.

I'm getting the same impression, although I've seen no definitive information about Ciera being XB's attorney. We know XB has been in court MANY times with his known arrest record, so IMO it's a possibility that Ciera represented him at some point. According to this website, Ciera is known to practice law in these fields:

Ciera Nichole Locklair

- Business Law
- General Practice and Trial
- Insurance Law
- Employment
- Governmental Liability
- Products Liability

Since Ciera is listed for 'General Practice and Trial' then she may have possibly represented him in an earlier trial. However, based on what we know at the moment that is JMO, not fact.

Also, I watched the video link provided by legalmomma earlier in the thread.

To my eyes the shorts shown in the video appear blue, and the reports I saw in MSM indicate Ciera was supposedly wearing 'purple' shorts. AFAIK we've not received any confirmation from family or LE that these clothes were actually the same ones owned by Ciera.

Timeline of Ciera Breland's disappearance

"Family members said Ciera and her husband traveled to Cleveland, Georgia to visit with family. She arrived at her fathers’ house on Feb. 19, a Saturday. By all accounts, it was a good visit with her nieces and nephews showing up to see their 31-year-old aunt who had recently moved from metro Atlanta to just outside of Indianapolis after taking a job at law firm.


At some point during the stay, family members said she asked if she could move back in with them. Despite the request, she left the next day with Xavier to reportedly visit his family just north of Atlanta.

This was the last time her family saw her.

Police believe the couple made it 45 miles southwest to his family’s home in Johns Creek, Georgia, together. Investigators have not released too many details from there.

Family members are hoping someone saw the vehicle they were driving sometime in the week following Feb. 20 and will step forward to tell investigators when and where that was. Thank you @legalmomma for providing information about their vehicle. I haven't seen anything about this previously. Since the vehicle has an FSU Law School frame on the licence plate, and Ciera attended FSU, then we could logically assume this is her vehicle.

Do we know where this vehicle is now? Did XB drive this vehicle, or a different one, back to Indiana?

I saw the video earlier in the thread, where the MSM reporter pointed to the area where these clothes were found. Nothing was said about any other possible evidence found at that location.

So at this point we're not certain whether these clothes actually belonged to Ciera. However, IMO, even if they do belong to Ciera, we don't know for certain she was actually wearing these clothes when she disappeared.

Please check this logic:
- XB was apparently the person who reported Ciera missing in Carmel.
- AFAIK no one else has reported physically seeing Ciera in Carmel at this time.

Since XB was likely the person who provided LE with the description of her wearing a black top and purple shorts, outdoors, in winter, in Indiana, it's also possible, IMO, that this clothing report might not be accurate.

According to court documents filed by his previous partner and the mother of two of his children, XB told her in February 2019 in front of their minor children that he would bury her. XB and Ciera made a counter claim that his ex never felt afraid for her safety.

If these clothes actually do belong to Ciera (we have no family/LE confirmation of that at this time) IMO it's also at least a possibility that these clothes may have been deliberately placed at this location. There's no evidence to support that, it's JMO and something to keep in mind as a possible scenario.

The first thing is for LE or family to confirm whether these clothes in fact belong to Ciera.

SBM. There might be a mistake in the article. One of his parents lives in Indiana. Maybe that's why XB and Ciera moved there. His family might not be talking to the media, but they likely spoke to police. I only saw one family member confirm a piece of officially released info related to Indiana.

Some new details have been posted by Ciera's relatives in the fb group above about her last visit with her family in Georgia. It would appear that XB was not with her.

Snip from the link below. If you go to Indiana Supreme Court public access case search - MyCase and search his name, 2 people have cases. Our guy has 2 felonies from years ago; the other just has minor stuff. Check the addresses and see who lives on Baldwin Ln.

I'll guess they were staying on Baldwin Lane and someone there knows for sure if she was there or not.

Where is the baby?

She was last seen wearing a black top and purple shorts between 10 and 11 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, in the 14400 block of Baldwin Lane, which is near the intersection of Ditch Road and 146th Street on Carmel's northwest side.

In this public FB group Former SIL is posting that last they saw Cierra was the 20th of Feb (a Sunday) and Cierra left her father's house in with their son and all her bags she had brought because she wanted to leave XB, mad, to go to see XB at his mother's house in Johns Creek GA.

And...that XB left for Indiana that next Wednesday.

@legalmomma thanks for this information. I was able to see the public FB group and read many of postings there. I don't believe we can bring any of those FB posts over here to WS due to TOS rules.

Since this is an ongoing investigation we only have bits and pieces of official information from LE and MSM about events between the time Ciera left her father's home and when the MP report was filed nearly a week later in Carmel.
