I had the same thoughtDoesn't look remotely bothered too.
From the above linked article.

I would think so hopefully with a bunch of new charges . This is just sad it should never of happened , I hope Emma’s siblings and family can heal from this jmooCorrect me if I'm wrong, but if he's out on bond and was just caught with narcotics his bond would be revoked and he goes back to county.
Doesn’t look like he is grieving the death of precious Emma.I think he looks annoyed.
I’m trying to figure out how he got outta the truck then back in just nothing he’s said made sense jmooSo...he leaves with Emma Wednesday, Mom reports them missing on Thursday (which was Thanksgiving here in the US), but he isn't found until Friday morning, submerged in water. Where were they between Weds. and Fri am? He could not have been passed out in a vehicle submerged in water all that time?
My feeling MOO is that Emma died before she ever entered the water.I’m trying to figure out how he got outta the truck then back in just nothing he’s said made sense jmoo
I hope we see some sort of charges todayI think he looks much healthier than I expected to see.
Ty MsMarple . It’s a start on charges at leastBartholomew County
