@SafeguardThe press has the entire video.
They describe the entire incident even noting that Chloe's brother was the first family member to get to the scene ect...
bbmThey were stage play videos amongst others. I saw them months ago - a mix of family stuff, amateur dramatics, Christmas lights, etc. What I found interesting was there was lots of hockey videos for the older grandson but virtually nothing of Chloe.
bbmYup. SA was a seemingly devoted stage actor, which is crazy to say the least.
Makes me question the sincerity of his entire behavior from the point Chloe died onwards- especially his “collapse” on the cruise ship and fake interview cry.
I wonder if there is a way to recover the acting videos he deleted on youtube. Would be interesting to see him in an acting scene that involved crying or grief...
bbmYou are coming from the point of view that this was truly an accident and that SA is tormented by guilt and feels remorseful. How do we know that’s true? That is as much speculation as saying he was acting during his interview because of his stage background.
There are all sorts of aberrant personalities and ways of thinking... Maybe he feels horrible or maybe he is enjoying life just fine and making plans for the future. I wouldn’t take it as fact that SA is tormented by what he did.

"In the video, which did not include audio, Chloe, wearing a white hat, her swim suit and swim shoes, runs across the pool area with her grandfather a few feet behind."
"They walk over to the wall of windows where Anello appears to look over the railing, through the open window. Anello picks Chloe up and stands her up on the railing, and they appear to lean over together looking out over the port."
Then he re-adjusts and sits Chloe on the railing, still facing the port. They lean over again and she disappears from the frame."
"Moments later, Anello drops to the ground. Winkleman said Anello repeatedly screamed that he thought the window was closed."
"Other passengers then rush to the windows to see what happened. Some are seen walking away, clearly distraught."
There's actually another report that continued recounting what is seen on the ccv, which describes the brother, mom and then dads reactions , as they reach the window and ends with SA being led away by two crew members seemingly unable to walk unassisted. But for the life of me I can't seem to find it again.
So perhaps his perception was in fact that there was a glass window there, and he lost his grip because there was an unexpected void. Regardless, the incident is an accident IMO. To criminalize it is about money, not justice.
Thank you for posting this video. This video has the best account I've found yet, of what was on the video and also the entire story being put out by the fam. The reporters ask the all important questions we have been seeking answers to. imo.
Hi Liet! Just a thought about "looking through" an open window... I think the phrase could be taken a couple of ways. My own interpretation was SA looked through the window but didn't necessarily stick his head *out* of it. IOW, I'm looking through my kitchen window right now - or I'm looking out my kitchen window or I'm looking out through my kitchen window. From 15 feet away. My head isn't literally out the window, my gaze is.pink bolding mine
^^^ Thanks for the link !
I thought there was an article stating she had been placed on the railing or window ledge in a standing position, but couldn't find it.
He looked through the open window, as in put his head through it.
So he knew there was no glass and it was open.
Why doesn't SA tell the truth and tell Winkleman or whomever is his current lawyer to stop with the lies ?
By now the public knows the answer.
Some of the articles since the incident happened have seemingly vanished.
Maybe at someone's request ?
I think they do have a very solid case.Prosecutors say they have witnesses, both on and off the island, they plan to call to testify.
“We’re comfortable with the evidence that we have,” prosecutor Ivette Nieves told ABC News this week. “We have a solid case.”

Excellent point .
He should've taken more acting classes as he is one bad actor.
Esp. if he slaps his knee repeatedly or shakes his shoulders and 'cries' without tears and cannot look at the other person.
It's not cruel to think he could be 'acting', as that was his hobby , or passion, or part time job --- take your pick.
I was taken in by Susan Smith's fake crying and since then have learned that a person can fake it quite well if they have something to lose.

Agreed.
We don't know.
And his story has changed significantly since he dropped her to her death.
Most likely it's not SA having 'memory loss'.
A baby is dead.
And her family wants a payout. That simple.
It's not difficult to ascertain their motives.
If gramps ends up doing some time (3 years is nothing. Compared to the life that Chloe had stolen from her.); it will be interesting to see if the lawsuit moves forward.
My support is with RCCL at this time and not likely to change.
They will hopefully tell this family they don't get a penny.
The cruise line did not kill her.
Chloe's life was worth more than a fraudulent lawsuit. My opinion , may not be other's opinion.
Agreed completely.Hi Liet! My head isn't literally out the window, my gaze is.
So what I think of the phrase is that one's head may not be actually outside. Others may think differently, that is, that one's head *is* outside. So far I'm taking the reporter's words as the first but I certainly could be wrong. Oh, the joy of semantics, lol.
My point is that people do stupid things and when they do something stupid on a cruise ship that ends in death, especially in Chloe's case where she had no - zero - say in her grandfather's actions, they *must* be held accountable for their own actions.“The victim jumped down from his seventh floor balcony and struck the metal support for a lifeboat on the fifth floor,” the Broward Sheriff’s statement reads. “Elbaz clung to the ship as staff members tried to rescue him. He fell into the water moments later.”
