True. Mostly just wondering because I don't think their security is going to be much different than Warrick County's jail. I would have thought maybe Gibson Co jail in Princeton but maybe they're overcrowded. That does seem to be an issue around here.
This is COMPLETE speculation on my part, and I know nothing about Indiana jails, but maybe Warrick County is expecting to arrest and book additional people and they do not want Hagan in the same facility when they're brought in?

I think it's odd that the prosecutor said they are sealing the affidavit because it contains information of evidentiary value. If the sole perpetrator is in custody, why would they care? The defense is entitled to every single piece of evidence uncovered by the prosecution. It does make sense if they think other people are involved, either in the murder or after-the-fact.
Robbery as a motive doesn't make sense to me. Why not rob a random person? IMO this doesn't add up.

Murder charges are still listed. I am sorry I can't link to article.
Headline is about him being held in another county.
This is what I think too, explains the robbery and attempt to destroy/get rid of charges.Could Halee have known something to anger IH? Why else would he steel her phone? Maybe to delete or alter information. Does anyone else believe all of the recent tradigity surrounding Halee led to motive or the robbery? Just speculating.
Maybe drug buy gone wrong? That could also explain why he's being held in another jail for safety. Snitches get stiches. I know that these kids are known for being nice kids, but nice kids do drugs too. And if you look at the company she keeps it's pretty obvious some of them already have criminal records. I'm sure since she worked at TRH she usually had cash on her and since he worked there before he had to know that too.

I think there was something very damning on that phone

There has been a lot of discussion on new info but I want to respond to this too. I have been primarily working off of Halees twitter:Without links, it's really hard to follow what y'all are commenting on.
I've seen enough true crime shows to know it's not that unusual for a planned robbery to turn into a murder. I don't know if that's the case here though.
