The above link shares the familial relationship of defendant and victim which I will not quote here out of respect for her privacy as a minor. His charge is a level 5 felony meaning he could do 2 to 6 years jail time. Seems like not a lot considering the crime Hoping for the best for victim and baby

The charges me think maybe she was of age? Is that possible? Surely it deserves more either way I’m only asking because I feel like it should be higher

MOO: Maybe more charges will be filed later. I could see a prosecutor filing the charges they can 100% prove for now, planning to add additional charges later once they have more information.
