They haven't said what ones are going to be amended but I notice several of them have changed since I made a list last month. If you go to his case and click on 'show charge details' you will see some that have the notation "filed as" beside the charge. Those are different from what I have.

I tried to compare but the wall of numbers and letters messed me up. I'll try again a little later...I did see a couple of the charges were downgraded.

@TL4S This will probably be a mess for anyone viewing on their phone. Again, here are the charges that show "filed as": 7, 12, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 29.

The first line with the charge number and date are from Nov. The next 3 lines are current. For example, apparently charge 7 was bumped from an F6 to an F5.

@FrostedGlass Thank you! I hadn't had time to look yet, but this is very helpful! So one charge was upgraded from a F6 to F5, but everything else remained the same or was downgraded. The aggravating factors were removed for some, so I'm going to see if there are any charges left with aggravating factors.

According to my notes, he started out with F6 = 15 charges, F5 = 11 charges and F4 = 4 charges. When they dismissed those five charges, he ended up with F6 = 11 charges, F5 - 10 and F4 = 4.

With the modifications, I think he now has 12 F6 charges and 13 F5s. If they do 18, he still has more to go.

Possibly. We know what phones he was using during those time periods but I haven't seen anything that made me think we were on to something. You're an intensive thinker, maybe you can see something that I'm missing.

One week to go before next Thursday's hearing. Maybe there will be news or an indication of a plea agreement in progress but that may not happen or be divulged until the 11th hour in May. Actually, I hope it goes thru trial, so as to learn what the evidence is, but that's unlikely.
Every court date so far has been anticlimactic. MOO

Maybe he traded phones with someone else on a biweekly schedule so the phones that the evidence in this case came off of were only in his position during his "on" weeks and during the first half of the month, were in the possession of someone else...
