I'm not seeing anything at their Twitter acct like they said. You'd think they'd have said something by now. It's 5:40pm there.A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.![]()

Familiar with nasty weather-Hoosier for life, NE area. First big winter storm coming here too, predicting 6-10 inches of snow with high winds and bitter cold. My daughter's first year of winter driving, I'm one worried mama! Stay safe!View attachment 388933
Yeah, I have Thursday on the brain. We have a big ice storm hitting Thursday afternoon from freezing rain (which isn't hail if you're not familiar with the term). This will impact something important going on that evening that'll likely be cancelled. I've been checking Thursday's weather like every 15 min, so yeah, I had Thursday on the brain.
Sorry about that, folks, for those of you that actually know what day of the week it is!
Don’t let her drive. My daughter’s first winter driving she spun her dad’s truck out in front of a cop. He called us after and said she was driving too fast. Her first year of driving gave me a head of grey hair.Familiar with nasty weather-Hoosier for life, NE area. "still in negotiations" ? and "the prosecutor has no objection"? Hmmm...between Nov. 1, 2022 and Nov. 3, 2022 a recent sting netted another 20 arrests! LE is diligently pursuing operations, draining the swamp. "Police warned that the number of apps in which predators seek out children is “very alarming.”"![]()

Here's the motion to continue, released by Law&Crime. Two things of note are that parties are still in negotiations and the prosecutor has no objection to the continuance.

I'm not finding any details about how the charges will possibly be amended. In the video below, Rich Nye said he talked to Kegan Kline's father today; he knocked on the door, KAK daddy opened it and said: No comment. At least we know he's still around.Link won't work due to censorship, but it's a Fox59 article about today's hearing.

During the brief hearing, Judge Timothy Spahr granted a prosecution motion to amend 18 of the charges. Defense Attorney Andrew Achey did not object to the changes.
Do we have a list of both to compare?@TL4S The Murder Sheet talked about the statutes changing since the charges were filed. I remember when we first saw the charges, I was looking at the old ones. In our spare time, we can now go back to see which ones have changed.
I don't. IIRC, you were the one who found the newer statutes. The one I was looking at had something about school personnel (I thought we were onto something big. lol)Do we have a list of both to compare?
Oh, okay, I misunderstood. Yeah, the new ones are hard to find but I'll look!I don't. IIRC, you were the one who found the newer statutes. The one I was looking at had something about school personnel (I thought we were onto something big. lol)
If anyone wants to read the entire article... there are 2 ways. Either search for the judge's name (Judge Timothy Spahr) on that site, or sub the full spelling of a 4-letter censored word between the -'s. You can see how that URL has a dash between each word in it. The 4 letter word doesn't work as they spelled it out. The word ends in "ography".Link won't work due to censorship, but it's a Fox59 article about today's hearing.
