50-year-old MaryAnn Elizabeth Llewellyn of La Porte is missing and believed to be in extreme danger and in need of medical assistance. Llewellyn was last seen Wednesday behind the wheel of a tan 2009 Honda Odyssey minivan with Indiana license plate SYS710. Llewellyn as white, 5-foot-4-inches tall, weighing 98 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
