JONBENET ARREST MADE !
Took pictures before little beauty’s murder
Chilling new evidence in child abuse horror
In A blockbuster twist to the still unsolved killing of JonBenet Ramsey, a man obsessed with photographing the little beauty queen has been busted on kiddie

charges! Insiders tell GLOBE that the arrest of Randall DeWitt Simons — a once trusted associate of the Ramsey family who has bounced in and out of the investigation into six-year-old JonBenet’s murder — may fjnally bring her killer to justice.
The cops believe they have Simons dead to rights. He’s gone from being a suspect in JonBenet’s death, to being cooperative to being uncooperative over the years, a source tells GLOBE exclusively.
Now, he may have to talk about what he truly knows in an attempt to gain leniency! Simons, 66, was JonBenet’s photographer just months before the kiddie pageant princess was found sexually molested and strangled with her skull bashed in on the floor of the wine cellar of her wealthy parents’ Boulder, Colo., home on Dec. 26, 1996.
In October 1998, Simons was arrested for parading nude down a Colorado street — and blurted out to the arresting offjcer,
I didn’t kill JonBenet! The alleged kiddie

freak also drew attention to himself in 1997 when he sold a portfolio of glamour shots that he took of JonBenet to a photo agency for more than $7,000.
On July 2, the shutterbug was busted on 15 counts of encouraging child sex abuse after a year long investigation found he’d used the WiFi at an A&W restaurant in Oakridge, Ore., to download dozens of images that were deemed to contain disturbing X-rated content.
When the creep said he’d been working in the area as a child photographer, cops immediately alerted local parents, asking whether their tots were ever left alone with him.
Simons has pleaded not guilty to the charges, but his arrest immediately set off alarm bells with the source telling GLOBE that Simons had offered tips to cops on the JonBenet case in the past.
There’s always been a sneaking suspicion this character knows more than he’s let on, the source says.
He might be finally ready to tell the truth!
Simons moved to the Pacifjc Northwest years after JonBenet’s murder, and neighbors have described him as an oddball. Now he could be the key to exposing the killer. Even though the trail has gone cold, suspects have continued to emerge in JonBenet’s murder.
In December, twisted JonBenet blogger David J. Hughes was charged with three felony counts after he was found with videotapes of underaged children being attacked and a video of himself encouraging two young boys to take off their clothes. While Hughes denied any involvement in JonBenet’s murder, police continue looking for links.
What’s more, in a jailhouse letter obtained by GLOBE earlier this year, Colorado inmate Keith Schwinaman revealed he was a suspect in the case, saying, I most likely will be charged with the JonBenet murder the next year, according to detectives who came and interviewed me.
But now a Ramsey family friend said Simons’ arrest could be the biggest break the family has had in 22 years. JonBenet’s mom Patsy Ramsey died of ovarian cancer in 2006. She’s survived by her husband John and son Burke, now 32.
The family’s agony has continued for a cruel amount of time, the family friend says.
Patsy longed for the truth about what happened to her beloved daughter, but tragically, she didn’t live to learn it. Now, JonBenet’s father and brother hope they are fjnally getting closer to not only the truth, but to justice. They want that so badly for both Patsy and JonBenet.
