TIffany Jo Coburn (32/now34) - 2/25/22 Update: Entered a plea of guilty & sentenced to 2 ½ years.
*Kenneth Robert Lain (41/now 42) – Plead guilty (1/20/22) & sentenced on 2/18/22 to 2 ½ years.


I believe they were both arrested on 8/16/21 - so not counting the days before they were sentenced - Coburn only spent 8 months & Lain spent 9 months in jail... does not seem fair to Mercedes.

It doesn't seem like enough, does it? Babies can sometimes rattle the nerves of even the most loving parents; why these parents gave the care of theirs to a known drug addict, who had no bond with her, is a question that begged to be answered.

Level 6 felony:
8/12/2021 Charged = 2 and 1/2 year sentence. Time served:15 months based on credit time at 50%. The judge gave them the maximum sentence.
