Well - it looks like they all have plead guilty - well except the rescinded one for Garth. Good!
And thanks for that update @FrostedGlass !![]()
It gave me one of those "OMG... what have I done" spells. When I do updates, I generally only have that one tab open and enter the case number so I don't mix cases up. smh...
I think we still have two trials pending:Well - it looks like they all have plead guilty - well except the rescinded one for Garth. Good!

I think we still have two trials pending:
1) Talitha Beckley has never waivered since entering not guilty and awaits trial; and
2) Ashley Garth lost her generous deal and re-entered her not guilty plea and also awaits trial.
What would be her advantage to offering a plea? With Indiana courts dealing with Covid again, it will probably be a while before she gets a jury trial date.
If she's been good, she could be out of Rockville in a couple of months:
DOC Number 254504
First Name TALITHA
Middle Name A
Last Name BECKLEY
Suffix
Date of Birth 08/07/1982
Gender Female
Race White
Facility/Location Rockville Correctional Facility
Earliest Possible Release Date * 03/05/2021
Thank you, @FrostedGlass!If I'm reading her cases right, TB is currently serving a sentence in Rockville from this earlier case in Pulaski County. I don't think she has any choice of staying in jail or not. Vinelink has her currently in Newton County jail but the DOC shows her as sentenced to Rockville until the earliest release date of 03/05/2021.

Her partner in that crime is named in this article.
Police stop burglary in progress | Pulaski County Journal
Thank you, @FrostedGlass!
I can't find the year? If this year, she was out of jail on Oct 12 when the alleged burglary occurred?
If true I completely missed that and believed she'd been sitting in jail for more 18+ months!
Yes, that's how I understood it. Here are the happenings prior to the murder:If I'm reading the MyCase info via the link correctly, it looks like the burglary took place in October 2018, a few months before Nicole was murdered, but the case was not decided until January of 2020. MOO.
