Where did you see there was a public argument at work with RM and TJ? Does this mean u might know one of them? Or do you have proof to back that up?

MOO The state has entered evidence of past bad acts by the defendant as having bearing on the crime he is being charged with.
MOO again, the delay would be to give the defense time to do their discovery.

Why do you keep asking if posters know any of the parties? Do you know any of the parties? I am pretty sure most of us don't know any of the parties or we would say so and be able to talk from that point of view of a local.

Because you said that they had a public argument at work. I just wonder were your proof of that is. If you didnt have any then I thought you may know one of them

That was not me that said that. Do you know any of the parties? I guess you are local based on your user name, so I am just wondering.

I have no connection to this case. All my information is from published news articles, TJs Instagram, Mycase, Delphi Community High School yearbook, and the Indiana PO registry.

Much of the originally published news articles have been edited or removed since TJs arrest.
One of the edited articles went into some depth and cited the argument at work.

TJ has my sympathy as well as Ryan. MOO It is really too bad for him that isn't going ahead pleading guilty and taking responsibility for his murder of RM.

MOO He could put a quarter of all that lawyer money in a fund for Ryan's daughter, do his time and leave prison to start over knowing that he did what he should.

I want to add that TJ is maintaining in a jail right now. This is important because if he was in a psychotic state they would send him to a facility.

If he is found innocent for the reason of insanity the result is that he will go free right after the trial.
He won't need to be held in a psychiatric facility, as shown by the ability to maintain in jail, and he would have no prison sentence.

It's confusing because a lot of the early MSM and LE statements, we all could discuss are no longer available to discuss. They were retracted. Not that they did not happen. But because of the trial and future Jury. JMO

However it's in my memory and in my side notes for this case.
I also have no dog in this race other then to understand, why RM's life was cut short and his daughter is fatherless. Fact IMO

I do not know TJ and I have not put a laser focus on him other than his current status of his charge for murder.

I have a lot of questions.
We do need a VI on this thread.
It would help us comprehend the elements of the history of TJ, RM and the ex Girlfriend.
Nothing can rewind, the tragic events of that early morning.
Nothing will bring RM back.

But Justice and this story from TJ and all of us here giving RM a equal voice would help.
Prayers for all involved in this sad situation.
Lives will never be the same.

So you did say he had a hard time getting into the house per what you read.

MOO this is a specifically victim friendly website. So that might seem one sided.
For me it is Ryan Martin that needs justice, his daughter and his family.
Now that TJ is pleading innocent for the reason of insanity, and not contesting that he killed RM what do you think?
The defense isn't going to present mitigating factors, or self defense.

BOXER That is shocking information! I just can't imagine someone killing my child, and then getting ZERO prison time because they are found to have mental illness. The mental illness does not go away. So, in Indiana he can keep killing people and always get off if he is deemed psychotic at the time. I assure you, I am not arguing with you....I am just stunned and gobsmacked that such a loop hole exists. Does this info shock anyone else other than me? I was thinking about the man with mental illness and orange hair who shot people in a movie theater......just looking at him you can tell he's not the sharpest pencil in the box. I'm just trying to figure out how these "so-called insane individuals" are so successful at carrying out their demonic plans....even if it took days and weeks to form their plans. Some even managing to go to work and complete an entire shift before killing their co-worker and 35 more angry emoji faces.

MOO because of the
injustice of an 'innocent for the reason of insanity' verdict the jury can choose to deliver a 'guilty but insane' verdict. And apparently they usually do that. I will repost the article I sae that explains.

PLease remember, this was not a "love triangle" with TJ being the odd man out! He already had another woman in his life. Ya' know the one who identified herself to police as TJ's girlfriend who wondered about the missing sofa cushions. TJ is a very cunning/methodical criminal who needs to atone for his actions, NOT EXCUSED FOR EVERYTHING HE DOES, because he was diagnosed with schizophrenia as a teenager. I can not forget a "brief poster" who said he was a friend of TJ's and that TJ was a terrible liar. He broke off his relationship with TJ because TJ was inappropriate with his girlfriend. Redflag #1, and then SR (who was once TJ's gf) had to file a restraining order to get him out of her young life. Redflag#2. And, now we have an absolutely innocent man Ryan Martin, who was killed because he lived with SR. Redflag #3. In any other society on this earth.....TJ would not continue to be mollycoddled with excuses for his behavior! Did TJ stand on a street corner, unbathed, with kleenex stuffed up his nostrils, homeless and shouting bible verses on a street corner???? NO! He had an apartment, a new girlfriend, held a job for a year, had a driver's license (which should have been revoked after so many incidents as a minor, IMO.) There were so many red flags on this guy....and instead of making him accountable, some are willing to come on this forum and make innuendos that Ryan was some how the villain and deserving of the God Awful and heinous attack upon his person. Hey, we all have a past...maybe some run-ins with people we used to date, but how many of them end up in cold-blooded murder? Good grief! Just take a look at Ryan's photos...always with a beaming smile; Juxtaposed to the closed mouth grimace of TJ. It kind of answers any questions as to which person was open and loving, IMO. Are we all supposed to live in TJ's fantasy world....What TJ wants, TJ gets? BooHoo....I think not. I won't change anyone's preformed opinions, but I just have to express mine, too. Good night. Rest in peace beautiful young Ryan. I love your smiling face. (Just a MOM who cares, IQ)
ps. I hope TJ gets all the mental health assistance he needs. But that does not include walking away Scott-free from the premeditated murder of Ryan and scaring SR half to death and violating a restraining order.
