When police arrived at the scene, they located 37-year-old Kendra Lee Proctor, one adult witness and one juvenile witness. The adult witness told police Proctor had just sat on a 1-year-old child’s face while naked from the waist down.

OMG. That article is SO bad I don't even want to paste any parts of it. With that said, I had a feeling she wasn't trying to suffocate the child by sitting on its face. I had a feeling it was sexual and it WAS IMO!!! She was naked from the waste down! Make these kinds of people go away!
