Inconsistencies in DB's Story

I remember seeing a photo of SB on her facebook. SHe is very pretty, attractive, blond and has a healthy looking body. It could have been an older photo of her. Sorry I did not screen shot her pic. She would definitely be a man magnet IMO. DB and SB would never be mistaken for each other, they do not look anything like each other. SB's husband is also very good looking and extremely well built. They would be considered a "hot" couple. JMO MOO

EDIT: maybe Ron can comment on whether DB and SB resemble each other?

There was a bit a bickering going on last night and the posts were deleted by the MODS because some said that they looked alike and others said they didn't. It got a bit personal and the MODS stopped it.

No, Ashley lives in the KC area. She works near my downtown office for a law firm. Those close to the family have confirmed neither Ashley or her parents ever met Lisa. And JI's parents were in the middle of a lawsuit for grandparental visitation. I'm not saying if they confirmed this to me or not which would violate trust. I'm getting this elsewhere from a reliable source.

He had a car at his disposal that night..why would he walk around town carrying a naked baby that he just kidnapped and take a chance at being seen,when he could have put Lisa in that car and been miles away from the crime scene at 4 am..it just does not make sense for him to do that..all this is MO-of course

I think there are a couple of possible answers to that.

He might not have wanted any traces of the child in his car. If she had been in his car he may have been arrested already.

He might not have been in 'his right mind.' that night. If he was drunk and/or really high then he might have been running around like a maniac. People do it all of the time, especially when they are emotionally triggered by a divorce etc.

Also, driving his car around that neighborhood in the middle of the night would ensure that he was recognized as being there.

The thing that makes JB interesting (and I'm not impugning anything directly on him) is that SB and he went to a counselor that day and he moved out. The previously lost a child by miscarriage. IF he knew what we know now about SB's "emotional affair" with ML, did he feel that DB was tearing his family apart.
On James' FB page, he was bragging about closing on a house in a week and a half prior to Lisa missing, and talked about his wife and daughter being his world. His world came crashing down that night. SB said the buying of the house was an attempt to "keep her".
The night JB moved out, he is said to have texted SB around 5:10ish and sometime after 10:30 when she went in the house. Was he watching her? Was he upset over her and DB drinking and talking on the stoop all evening? Did Shane go with SB into her house after DB went inside? I don't know. Wish we had answers.
DB's phones went missing. Was her malfunctioning phone she had previous (one of the three) due to someone with knowledge putting a virus on her phone? JB admittedly works/worked at Sprint Surveillance.
Just a lot of curious things. Maybe coincidence.

JB was also training a dog for tracking scents. Would burning clothes be as a counter to knowing what dogs could do.

Doesn't JB 10:30 text say to give his daughter kiss goodnight or similar? Did he know his daughter was over at DB's house that night? When and where did his daughter go to sleep that night? JMO

Did SB use DB's phones to try and call "someone" because she was afraid of being monitored over her own phones by her husband? Is there a connection between ML and Jersey?

I see what your saying Katy-but as far as evidence in the car-I ll go with maybe she might have went to the bathroom
as far the drugs-maybe-I don't see him just dropping his car off somewhere and walking around town with a naked baby
His car not being seen-he would have been out of that neighbor at 12..that was the time the first witness saw a man..so I am going by that...I really don't think someone would have seen his car at that time unless it was someone real close to that scene and they were also sitting on their porch that night,but we have not heard of anyone else doing that.So I think he could have gotton out of that neighborhood without being seen-jmo

SB filed for divorce back in December 2011, so it is pending. My source quotes SB as saying not that she disliked her husband but that she "despised" him. That's strong.

I'm told JB's text was to say that he loved her. She waited an hour, I'm told, before responding back in the same manner.

Brando's husband told CNN that he spent the night of Oct. 3 with a friend. He showed CNN texts between him and his wife on Oct. 3. At 10:33 p.m., the neighbor wrote to Brando that he loved her and their daughter and to kiss her goodnight. Brando responded at 10:54 p.m. that she and their daughter loved him too.

The man told CNN that he went to bed. He got up about 5 a.m. to go to his job at the Whiteman Air Force Base. The man said he received a call from Brando at 5:59 a.m. Oct. 4 to alert him that Lisa was missing.

The kiss shouldn't have raised a flag to me but it did because of the time he made the text and the request to kiss his daughter goodnight.

I am having a hard time assigning a motive to JB. So he's mad or sad about the breakdown of his marriage. How is kidnapping a neighbor's baby going to help him?
