now come on guys,, that's ridiculous to say you're going to avoid ALL leafy greens altogether, because of one crappy chain restaurant in one town in america. you can get food poisoning from anything-- and besides in this case they are supposedly focusing on one employee who had flu-like symptoms (and why the he!! was this person allowed, or made to work that day? is what i wanna know...)
you are still better off eating as much vegetable & leafy greens as you possibly can.. the risk of getting food poisoning from it is far less than the health risks of NOT eating them...!
and it's still better to buy from local organic farmer's markets than to buy stuff from big industrial factory farms anyway. at least that way, you can usually talk face-to-face with the person who grew the food you are about to eat! and they are far more conscientious about what they put on your food.
