The young lady named "Jeannie" (in the video to follow at 1:34, 4:38, 7:06, and 15:18) claims to have been a rape victim (and presumably infers kidnapping, as well) of Rodney Alcala.
The presentation was in 1981, the interview perhaps as early as 1980, and the victim, "Jeannie" is described as then 17 years old.
She claims to have been accosted by Alcala when she was ten years old, which would place the crimes circa 1973.
Somehow, "Jeannie" does not appear to have been a victim of attempted murder.
This would place a kidnapping and rape of a 10 year old after being paroled on a lesser charge of child molestation (instead of rape and attempted murder that police were for whatever reason uninterested in pursuing).
She describes Alcala as having "just got the gas chamber", as he was sentenced to death in June of 1980.
She is likely to be one of the individuals featured - at ten years old - among the imagery generated by Alcala.
