June, in Arizona, with black socks on, with running pants on, I don't think so. Seeing somebody dress like that outside my shower door at 5 o'clock in the afternoon would send me very over the edge.

It was 5:30pm and she was, he thought about to get in her car to travel. Comfortable work out clothes seems normal for a long car ride. I doubt he cared what color her (his) socks were. He just wanted to get the pics over with so she would finally leave.. He had a conference call coming up soon!

I hate to admit I`m such a rotten sleuther, but I have given up on trying to figure out the meaning behind any of the photos that day. I still feel he never knew she was there until the first assault, but sex photos say otherwise. There again, I suspect she is very savvy in manipulating electronics, causing me to doubt the veracity of the bed pictures. :waitasec:

So - I have decided to give my brain a rest in that department and simply go with Mr. Martinez` theory, whatever that might be. :hero:

and hoping that jurors say the same thing. Discount every single thing she has said.

JA took DB with her when she met the 48 Hours producer Jonathan Leach over dinner. During his cross DB was aked if JA asked for money for the 48 Hours appearance. DB (as with many things he was asked) said, 'I don't recall'. 48 Hours could confirm or deny this quite easily.

Didn't JM on cross get Jodi to admit that last pic of him sitting down was the only pic where a flash was used? The next pic was the out of focus ceiling pic, so I'm expecting JM in closing to say she blinded him with the flash and plunged the knife in his heart.

I don't agree. I live in a house very similar to TA's. If I was in a hurry I could definitely make it downstairs to my kitchen and back again in no time. If he was struggling down the hall to get help she could have caught him in the hall. That is kind of what I believe happened.

Maybe, but why risk him getting to a phone or one of the roommates coming down the hall?

I don't agree. I live in a house very similar to TA's. If I was in a hurry I could definitely make it downstairs to my kitchen and back again in no time. If he was struggling down the hall to get help she could have caught him in the hall. That is kind of what I believe happened.

There was a fabulous post last night, that showed the time line. A new 1 that I had never seen before. I suggest you look at that 1 if someone can re posted for us all. it shows that she could not have run around the Hall into the closet excetera in that timeframe. It was fabulous.

From what I have seen all the wives or girlfriends of TA's male friends expressed a bad feeling or a radar about JA. He should have paid attention to these friends.

His male pal's did as well but the women were more quickly picked up on the evil vibes from JA.

Can't remember who it was on DD, but a friend of his said something to the effect that despite all the stuff JA had done, Travis believed in the good in people. He was the type of person to give second, third, 49th, 1034th chances....

So sad that being a good person may have potentially left him unaware of just how evil JA really was.

I am a whole lot of pages behind, but wanted to comment on this. If you Googlemap directions from Salt Lake to Yreka, Interstate Rt 80 takes her through Reno then up RT 44 to Yreka. Being mountains, maybe she felt safer going through Sacramento on I80 then on Interstate 5, which would take her right through Redding. Taking Googlemap route would be about 780 miles and 12 hours. Taking a safer route, would be 915 miles 13 hours (times and miles are approximate. So the difference would be about 140+ miles. Also, there is a transaction for Sacramento Airport of $28.00 so that could be gas?

Go to Googlemaps for SLC, UT to Yreka, make note of the miles, then then drag the line from Reno to Sacramento, there are your missing miles

The only issue I have with that theory is that Arias had to be at work on 6/6 and I'll bet she would have taken the shortest route to be on time. If she went the Sacramento route, she would've needed gas. There also were no receipts for gas after Sparks NV ... she may have used the can gas, but why bother if you already had paper receipts in SLC, Winnemucca, & Sparks ? I believe the receipt at the Sacramento Airport was for parking for the 2 days she went to Travis' memorial, hence the even transaction at $28.

If I use the 393 miles from Sparks NV to Yreka CA (Sacramento route), I get a total of 2833, one mile short of the total recorded on the rental car receipt !!! The only issue then is that Arias would have done NO driving off the MapQuest projected route and I believe we know she drove Leslie Udy around in SLC at a minimum.
