The camera box, and more than likely the camera itself, was in the office downstairs. Very easy to take one camera and hook it up to the laptop to transfer pics while having the SD card in the laptop from the other camera. Also remember that Jodi, despite what she says, should have arrived at 3 am and not 4 am. That gives her plently of time to do whatever she wanted to do downstairs without anyone knowing. Where there is a will, there is a way.

The problem is...we have a Sony (his) and an Olympus (hers).

For the Sony to display the images it looks for files it recognizes (proprietary). Same for the Olympus.

Moving the pics from the Sony to a laptop to move to another SD card doesn't mean that you can just pop it into any camera. The computer has software to read images...any image. The camera has software to read its OWN images. Not just any.

ETA: Correcting which camera file went where...got them mixed up. Ugh... Her lower quality pics may have been unrecognizable to the newer/better quality camera.

I have several photog friends that I will run this by with. I am an overall IT person, so these are my thoughts in terms of how I know software in general to work.

ATL, I'm not the OP but I agree that there is ONE photo that definately looks as if the flash was used while the others don't. It's the last photo of Travis sitting in the shower where he is facing the camera. The next photo taken was the one that shows his body sitting in the shower without showing his head, and the shower door was open for THIS photo where it was closed for all of the other photos. I think that Jodi used the flash for that full on face photo to "blind" Travis long enough to stab him in the chest.

Agree. He has a client who presented 'self-defense' to her legal counsel, he almost had to put her on the stand to substantiate it and allow any experts to testify, and she has become a loose cannon who can't remember what she has already testified to.

DB met with Jonathan Leech by himself. j.a. was NOT there... she simply coordinated with DB and told him who to meet and what to talk about/ask for.

I think I may have perpetuated that misunderstanding. SORRY. I kept thinking they were both there, but couldn't figure out how it would work since JA was already in jail.

I also noticed how many times Nurmi brought up TA calling her a three holed wonder. I believe TA may have called her that one time in an email or text.

Nurmi has tried to make the jury think that this was something he called her numerous times, almost like a nickname just by repeating it over and over again. Though it's obvious the jury isn't buying it.[/QUO

On one of the recordings didn't she tell Travis she 'loved it' when he talked 'dirty'? He was just trying to oblige her....

During that conversation, Jodi said what? a few times so he would repeat it louder. She was taping this conversation I think for blackmail. He clearly does not know he is being taped. I hate the way the defense is using this sex tape as part of her sick excuse for what she did to TA. I hope JM plays the sex tape again with Jodi's WORDS all written out on the big screen.

I've been Pre-occupied and unable to comment, but I am concerned over JM's cross on the gas can issue. We all know that Nurmi gave Jodi an out with his objection by implying there is no proof the third purchase was for gas. I'm sure a member has already speculated that she will say exactly that, and it was the reason that she didn't save the receipt. She wasn't going to write off snacks or whatever. I also don't understand where JM is going with it unless he has something up his sleeve because otherwise it further bolsters JA's lies of why she would travel with back up gas in gas cans. I just don't understand his point and hope he ties it all up.

I think if she had used the flash in the last face photo it would have bounced off the door and the photo would be no good.

Plus, therre was a minute 10 seconds between the face shot and the one with e shower door open. Blinding by th fllash (if used) would not have lasted that ling

Neither can I imagine how she was able to drive, or even get her driver's license, if her vision was so impaired. Her photography would be "off" also.

Could the fact that JA owed TA the money for the car have played a roll or do you guys think this was only because of jealousy?

She asked about the cheque in the 06/21 phone call with Det. Flores and then expounded on it again on 06/25 with some story about emailing Tanisha and calling someone named Mike IIRC who she thought was TA's executor regarding her debt to TA so it was definitely on her mind.

One of the jurors asked JA if Travis was tied up on June 4. I wonder whether one of them noticed the duct-tape-ish thing on Travis' arm. Wonder whether there will be any other questions on that.

Why do you think that 1 was taken with flash? Remember, many of the photos we are seeing are screen captures from the overhead projection which has reflections on them.

Would be great to have a count on that, given her propensity to stalk him. From what little we've seen in the transcripts, it's obvious that most of the time she's sent him numerous messages in succession where he either doesn't answer, or he returns w/ one liners (imo) just to get her to stop.

Rare, unless I've got brain damage, that he's initiating the contact.

The most specific descriptor I heard mentioned was "soft rope".

It was definitely not rough, tight twine as she claimed they had used before when Travis had to cut her loose due to the pain.

As we all know, her pain threshold is very low as was demonstrated with her claim of failed suicide by Advil and Bic disposable razor.

That Bic nick was SOOOOO painful for her that she couldn't possibly proceed with her plan.
