I wonder if Juan will bring up today why JA's WM receipt was not circled or lined through as is every single other WM receipt in the US that has any returned item listed on it?? Not that she needs any more help in this area, but that'll help nail her too.

I have seen on other sites (not this one) where people believe ANY woman who claims abuse, regardless of the facts, or have an issue with Mormons for some reason, or don't like LE or the justice system -- in other words, people who HAVEN'T looked at the facts. IMO those are her supporters. And then there are folks like poor Brian Carr, or are either looking to get on TV or have, shall we say, mental issues.

Yup. Walmart will not allow non-tracked cash receipts because too many people buy things and want cash back. This is why when you use a cc, they return it on a cc because people will want cashback which is a no-no.

I live in Canada, but i'm quite certain Walmart has global policies. moo

Thanks for all the info about Walmart and return policies. I don't know anything about Walmart myself since we don't have one around where I live. I did pass one on a road trip once if that counts.

I figured she was Hispanic based on her names and appearance, and it's just a small pet peeve. I just find it odd to hear her speak without the accent then to throw it in there and then back to no accent.

When TA's friends came into the house they noticed the smell. Napoleon was "running" around. Zack, by his own testimony, was in and out of the house. Enrique must have come home from work sometime.

It seems to me that even if I was coming and going during the 4-5 days Travis was in the shower, I would have been aware of the stench. My dog would be laying in front of that locked bedroom door, for sure, if not actively trying to scratch her way inside. And the house would have to be as cold as a walk-in cooler to keep that smell away.

What did they tell Flores, besides they thought Travis was in Mexico?

IIRC The smell only became obvious after his bedroom door had been opened. The dog couldn't get upstairs. The devil while in her fog, put a gate up to keep Nap downstaies.

I totally agree. I don't think she's smart at all. I think she just learned how to SOUND smart with all her big words (now really, who talks like that anyway???). I absolutely believe that the way she speaks normally is much like she did in the sex tape with the general slang usage and not using all those big words she learned to sound smart. In a lot of ways, she's dumb as a box of rocks.

What's the big deal about Spanish pronunciation of Spanish names? People who speak Spanish do that all the time. People who speak French tend to pronounce French names as they are denoted in French as well. It doesn't bother me one bit.

HAPPY JANINE DRIVER DAY!!! I'll be headed over to the courthouse in an hour or so to greet her, find her the best seat possible in those rows. I don't know how she'll feel at the end of the day but I'm gonna do my best to hang with her after court and maybe drive her to the airport so I can glean as much info as I possibly can today. I'm meeting her on the heels of her own big public admission last night and one thing I do know about me is I know how to express love and support to someone so I will be greeting her with a big "bad a$$" hug.

I am sitting up in the middle of the night because we had to put our beloved Golden Retriever down today,had her since a pup.Just can't sleep,the house is not the same without her,miss her dearly.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a beloved pound puppy who was half shepherd & half chow chow--he protected me & saved my life (literally).

He was so connected and keyed in to my emotional state that if I was sad or crying, he'd put his paw on my chest and would look into my eyes with his beautiful brown 'old soul' eyes to comfort me.

I think I cried for months when he died. Not to offend anyone, but I believe that our dogs are waiting for us in Heaven--someday we'll get to hug them again.
