Is a trafficking ring involved in this case?

So, he arrives at 7:30, Terri is parked there, and he tells her to move? His timeline actually surrounds the LE-speculated timeline. He's there 7:30, leaves 8:45-9:00, according to his amended timeline. And if he had told her to move at 8:45-9:00, surely he would have remembered that.

Something is a little off here, to have driven 7 miles to the store, parked, entered, shopped and checked out by 9:12 (with a sick baby too) she must have left between 8:30 and 8:45 at the latest.

Hi Morag, That couldn't be that he arrives at 7:30 and Terri is parked there.

If what I've read is true Kaine left his home for work at about 7:45 and Kyron had just reentered the house after feeding an animal. So at 7:45 Kyron and Terri with baby were still at their house.

And Terri was playing Family Feud at 8AM. She posted that she needed help winning Fast Money on Family Feud at 8:01AM. This application doesn't delay posts. When you're playing the game, as soon as you finish part one of Fast Money, the app asks you if you want to ask for help. When you say yes, it asks you if you wish to post it on your facebook wall. When you say Yes, it posts immediately, as it did with Terri:

Terri needs help to win Fast Money!!
Terri could use help to win big prizes and points in Family Feud! Earn points by helping!
First Fast Money Question:Name something you need when you give your dog a bath.

Unlike other applications that may post without the user approving the posts, Family Feud only posts when the user approves the post, and then it posts immediately. I know this because I was a family feud junkie during the time that Terri made that post.

So we know that Terri was home as late as 8:01AM Portland time on June 4.

Hi puf

I don't know anything abut Facebook walls, but I finally found a link to TH's if anyone else is looking for it.
I was trying to read it and decipher times, and it looks to me like that family feud entry was at 9:01, am I not reading this thing right?

ETA so there's no confusion:

Yeah. Subtract an hour from the times on Ruthie's page, and you will have the time for Portland.

It was at 8:01. Ruthie is in a different timezone (mountain?) so she's off an hour.

Hi, Scandi- yes, I know that they arrived at the school at about 8:15 or so.

The post I was responding to said:

"I wonder if someone saw him next to the truck telling TH to move off of the gravel road, so he could get his mower to the soccer field."

And I thought, well, he arrived at 7:30, so if he was telling TH to move, she either was there really early, or else he arrived a lot later than he's saying.
Apparently, if she ever did park there, he would have had to be all the way up on the soccer field.

But TK (the 13 yr old who saw Kyron in the gym) said, "I saw the truck in the parking lot." Wish we know why LE thought that she would have moved the truck-- I still think someone saw the GK's truck, and a month or so later, they just remembered, white truck, not really remembering any particular details about the specific truck. And the GK truck would have been parked there, very briefly, two times- once when he arrived and once when he left.

(Do I win a prize for most uses of the word "truck" {hey, there's another time} in a short post?)

Could someone have seen Kyron standing next to the GK's vehicle?

I would find it very surprising if TH was the only one at that school driving a white truck that morning. (One of the reasons that I think LE asked for everyone in that SE area to report what their vehicle was that they drove that day, was to try to eliminate any other white truck). JMO

No, I do not believe there was any child trafficking going on or sexual exploitation of children.

If so it would not make a lick of sense that LE would put the issues aside. If it were true they wouldn't put it aside for one second because if they did the citizens of that community would have their heads on a platter if they knew LE had delayed investigating it.

LE sure wouldn't have to ponder whether arrests would be the results either. They would know immediately that there would be arrest and it would happen now whether Kyron's case is ever solved.

So commonsense tells me it is not about Kyron or any other child in the community. They aren't even sure it will warrant an investigation or the need for other agencies to be informed. They said that will be assessed later. Do any of us really believe they would not immediately protect the community if the children in it were being exploited?:waitasec:

No way...no how would they know something this horrid now and just set it aside and let it collect dust.

IMO

LOLOLOL

I see what you were doing now and it makes perfect sense. Does the GK's truck look much like the Horman truck? lol If so it could be. Something like that would explain the Sheriff's demeanor in the presser to think someone working at the school could have absconded with him. xox

Yeah Jack, but I think it was TH that "grabbed him" from the school. I think it was TH that did whatever was done to Kyron. I just wish LE could put the pieces of the puzzle together and charge her. She makes me ill.

I don't agree.

Gosh, wouldn't it be horrible if Kyron was her payment for a second MFH on Kaine ... but I don't think so. I still feel like Kyron is no longer with us and that he hasn't been since that day. I think LE was referring to the weird things that have been discovered about TH and also that there may be more details we're not privy to yet about affairs etc.

I thought the Sheriff said what they suspected they don't suspect anymore. Also, they have never named TH a person of interest, and also they have said she has cooperated.

Isolated, because most children's stepmothers wouldn't abduct them from school, regardless of where he ended up. The only reason LE ever said that this case was isolated is because they must have had a pretty good idea of who made Kyron disappear.

Even if there was a ring involved, someone had to offer Kyron to the ring. More than likely, no other parents at Skyline are offering their offspring to a child sex ring. Isolated.

I think because TY was one of them, they listened to him and Desiree about their suspicions. I think that DY can't bring herself to think that a stranger abducted him, so used TH as the scape goat. I think they were negligent in not considering all possibilities, and dismissed some information they had at the beginning. If they had real evidence that TH was even remotely involved they would have arrested her by now, in my opinion.

I would hope that MultCo LE and DA are smart enough to know that, in most families in which divorce and remarriage play a part, especially when children are involved, there will be angst and resentment over past issues. I really doubt that LE's case against Terri is based on old resentments of Desiree's or the fact that Desiree's husband is an investigator with a PD miles away.

Most significantly, I am positive that Desiree wants the person who took her son to face justice, whether it's Terri or a stranger.

I am perplexed why anyone thinks that LE didn't "consider all possibilities." Calling in SAR teams to search the woods, waterways, fields, and homes around Skyline shows that they considered that he wandered off from school. The very weekend after Kyron disappeared, they requested that all students, parents, and school personnel come to the school Sunday to be interviewed by LE. Are they to ignore where the leads take them, especially when the leads point to one person (possibly with accomplices) being responsible? As for them dismissing info, I've not heard about LE doing that and would love to learn more about that if you will be so kind as to provide a link.

I believe that Terri will be arrested as soon as the task force completes compiling info, hands it to the DA, and the DA builds the case. Terri's represented by one of the most able defense attorneys in Portland--DA will have to have a very strong case if charges are to result in a conviction.

I second that, especially with Stanton saying (paraphrasing) 'we're alot closer than people know.' They are using the task forces to get all the ducks in a row, getting ready to notify whoever needs notifying (i.e, I still think there's going to be child 🤬🤬🤬🤬/something to do sexually) and then down she goes. No one wants to pin this on TH, we just want whoever responsible to face justice and get the kiddo home.

There is an article out in which a former sheriff states that a task force starts from the beginning (IOW, starts over):

"Task forces are usually a greater benefit when they start the investigation because, when they start in the middle, they’re not going to start in the middle, they’re going to start over again," Giusto said.

Former sheriff Giusto is not running this investigation. He has no idea how this task force is going to be run. Seems to me they would be using some of the same investigators who have already been on the case. I would hardly call that "starting over again." I have lot more faith in the leaders who are currently running the MCSO.

Point well taken CathyinTexas, We shall see, eh? xox

My mind is boggled as to how high Portland ranks in human trafficking. Why do we never hear or read about these people?
