!! Breaking Below. So sad they couldn't be as peaceful as the Pro-Israel gatheing was. Seems to be the way though.

Pro-Palestinian and Hamas Supporters are currently Rioting at the Headquarters for the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C, the Demonstrators have Blocked the Main Entrance of the Building as well as the nearby Road so D.C. Capital Police and Metro Police are now using Tear Gas and Force to Remove them from the Property.

Israeli images continue to confirm a deep advance into the urban northwestern part of Gaza City.A pair of Israeli Namer APCs and a D9 armored bulldozer sit in the courtyard of the Al-Quds Open University building in Rimal.

RSBM

Looks like these rioters might have learned some terrorism in school or home.

The Biden administration warned Israel that it is violating the visa waiver agreement with the U.S. by preventing Palestinian Americans who live in the occupied West Bank from entering Israel since the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attack, two Israeli and U.S. officials told Axios.

Why it matters: A continued violation of the agreement by Israel could trigger a snap-back mechanism in the deal and suspend the privileges Israeli citizens get by not needing a visa to enter the United States.

Israel was initially supposed to officially enter the visa waiver program at the end of November, but the Hamas attack led the Department of Homeland Security to start the visa-free travel on Oct. 19.

  • Israeli officials at the time said they saw the move as a gesture by the Biden administration to show solidarity with the Israeli people and a practical step that allowed Israelis in areas affected by the war to more easily travel to the U.S. if they wanted to.

A U.S. official said the Biden administration will give Israel some more time to work out a solution.

But the official stressed that if Israel doesn't find a solution within weeks, the U.S. might have to suspend Israel's visa waiver privileges.

There was an IDF video posted a couple weeks ago, showing a 3-D rendering of what is supposedly underneath the hospital, offices, etc. iirc. I can’t seem to find it on IDF’s Twitter right now. It wasn’t an aerial map of buildings. The rendering would be handy right now.
Try Israel Defense Forces - YouTube :)

It passed, but without the U.S.'s support. Or the U.K.
More importantly, the U.S. did not object to it.

Although the United States is deeply disappointed by what is not in this text, we support many of the important provisions this Council has adopted.

For starters, while this text does not include a condemnation of Hamas, this is the first time we have ever adopted a resolution that even mentions the word “Hamas.”

In addition, we fully support this resolution’s call for the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages held by Hamas and other groups.

This is a humanitarian imperative. We are working tirelessly to facilitate the safe return of all hostages, including nine missing Americans and one permanent U.S. *citizen.

Looking for exits from tunnels, maybe?
I think as Israel closes in on certain targets, it makes sense to increase the surveillance to maybe detect calls or transmitions where HAMAS might discuss where to go, what to do, who is close to what asset, etc. Maybe they notice the chatter increases and are listening and adjusting targets as they hear conversations. I don't know exactly what all the aircraft can do that is up now.. I am just making a guess.

I read that the Navy aircraft has the ability to be armed.

Earlier today the Air Force had this drone up.

Thanks for the links !
I HOPE jconricus will be careful, I was wincing when he was showing the contents of that yellow duffel bag. What if it's rigged to blow up ?

Also -- that first photo with the books and fully automatic magazines on the table.
And, is that grenades and handcuffs above the mags ?
Yep, just what you'd expect to be in a MRI clinic.
Geeze.
Otoh, it may show Hamas left in a hurry and hopefully they left more written plans or extra evidence on the laptops ?

Sorry for the DC area LE.
Having to deal with people like that woman in the first video on the left, screaming into his face.
Can't blame them for using tear gas and force.
Takes a lot of restraint not to start whacking them with their batons -- still, LE have a right to defend themselves.
Omo.

That isn't the only thing the U.S. might suspend because of this humanitarian disaster. I don't believe American taxpayers are going to be willing to continue with the massive $$$$$$$$$$$ in support.

IDF Transfer of Medical Supplies to Shifa Hospital in Gaza

NOV 15, 2023
Yesterday, IDF soldiers successfully transferred medical supplies while conducting searches for terrorist infrastructure within the Shifa Hospital in Gaza.

While Hamas exploits Gazan civilians for its own survival, the IDF provides humanitarian aid in order to minimize civilian harm.

Full up disgusting.

Tonight 6 officers were treated for injuries – ranging from minor cuts to being pepper sprayed to being punched. One person has been arrested for assault on an officer. We appreciate our officers who kept these illegal & violent protesters back & protected everyone in the area.

Police make arrests at Washington protest calling for ceasefire in Gaza

US Capitol Police said about 150 people were “illegally and violently protesting” near the DNC headquarters building in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington. Members of Congress were evacuated from the building as the protest erupted.

Video posted on social media showed protesters shoving police officers and trying to grab hold of metal barricades as the officers moved in to make arrests. The videos also show officers shoving protesters. Many of the protesters were wearing black shirts that read “Cease Fire Now.”

Protesters included members of If Not Now and Jewish Voice for Peace, who have organized other demonstrations in Washington.

US envoy to UN says Washington ‘could not vote yes’ on Security Council resolution

Explaining the US decision to abstain in the UN Security Council vote on a resolution calling for humanitarian pauses in Gaza along with the immediate release of the hostages, US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield says the Biden administration principally supports what was in the draft but could not actively support it due to what went unmentioned.

Ultimately, the United States could not vote yes on a text that did not condemn Hamas or reaffirm the right of all Member States to protect their citizens from terrorist attacks,” Thomas-Greenfield says.

The US envoy acknowledges that the resolution on its own won’t make a difference on the ground, which is why the Biden administration is working with international actors to respond to the crisis, secure the release of the hostages, and keep the conflict from spreading.

Biden: Israel’s Gaza operation will end when Hamas no longer able to murder Israelis

US President Joe Biden says Israel’s operation in Gaza, following the shock October 7 massacre in southern Israeli communities, “will end when Hamas no longer maintains the capacity to murder, abuse, and do horrific things to the Israelis.”

Biden administration officials are increasingly at odds with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government over how it is conducting its military assault on Hamas and how the two countries envision the political future of Gaza, current and former U.S. officials say.

Amid dire scenes from hospitals in Gaza and a rising civilian death toll, frustration is building among administration officials who have repeatedly appealed to Netanyahu and his government to take more action to protect Palestinian civilians and allow more humanitarian aid into Gaza.

“We are concerned that they aren’t doing everything possible to reduce civilian casualties,” said one administration official. The comments came as Israeli forces moved in on Gaza City’s main hospital, where they said Hamas militants have been operating from an underground command center.
