GUILTY Italy - British Model Kidnapped, Allegedly For Online Auction, Milan, July 2017

She said she did it in error. She was apparently supposed to get into a car booked for her but got into a taxi instead.

What's the relevance though, why bring it up in a police statement? It doesn't seem that relevant to the kidnapping. I feel like it's to explain away some sort of hole in her story.

There will be records of flights, hotel stays etc. so if she is telling the truth it can all be verified I guess.

The relevance this was the first time she met this guy. So how is it not relevant?

What a bizarre story. I read on another forum that the alleged victim has been really rather unlucky this year, too (don't think I've seen this linked here yet): http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/lat...errorist-attack-Page-3-model-Chloe-Ayling/amp

A TOP Daily Star Page 3 model was left terrified after getting caught up in the drama of the Paris terrorist attack last night.
<snip>
Chloe Ayling, 19, had arrived in Paris for a photo shoot and was walking along the Champs-Elysées when the incident unfolded. The international model, who appeared on Page 3 of the Daily Star on February 28, says she saw a rush of police and ambulances stop close by her.

Unlucky, or any publicity is good publicity? Well if the kidnapping really did happen, I feel very sorry for her and hope all involved are severely punished... I'm just finding it hard to not be sceptical right now with the facts given so far.

Interesting. I did read previously that she was in Paris when that happened but that the creepy "photog" guy called off the shoot because his studio was robbed. However the article you posted makes her Paris terrorist attack ordeal very dramatic. She didn't mention those dramatics in her statement to police.

I've never been convinced by the online auction thing, but thought perhaps the intention was to extort money from the modelling agency.

Apparently she's appearing on This Morning next week. I can't find a link but I swear they said that during today's show.

Her old agent was on This Morning a few days ago maybe you misread an article about that? I hope you're right though and she is going on the show as that would be interesting.

I've never actually watched This Morning, but it's a cosy breakfast show, right? Will they just take her at her own estimation, or dig into her story at all, do you think?

Escorts get kidnapped, raped and trafficked, just because if she turns out to be an escort doesn't make her less of a victim.

No indeed, but has anyone said that?

They usually do just about enough in terms of questions to get the disingenuous flustered.

I just watched the This Morning interview. I'm not convinced by her crying as there were no actual tears.

I felt the same. It was, erm, a very polished interview.
