From the article linked above: "Officials plan to try it "as soon as possible" but he could not say when." But an awful lot could happen/explode/leak before the new power line is up and running. No way of knowing whether 'as soon as possible equals days or months or ??

Are you talking about getting people out of 50 mile radius? We are advising to get out of the 50 mile radius, and we are considering sending in transportation to move them. Will not say if it's nuke related.
