No doubt about it. He had to leave an unlocked door somewhere. No signs of forced entry remember? He left his daughter alone after killing her mother! How dedicated can he be? He had no problem wrenching her mother from her, IMO.

LOL, if he was setting up a burglary, he would WANT signs of forced entry.

This and Brad Cooper are the toughest cases I have followed, insult wise, lol.
Every other one was a walk in the park because I was on the "right side", I guess.
You wouldn't believe some of the stuff some of us have went through, everything
from having an agenda to knowing the family, etc.
With all due respect, other than pics and videos from the trial, I wouldn't know the Youngs
or Coopers if I tripped over them.

And, I am glad we were able to settle the hose debate........

Well, stay away from the Heather Elvis case on facebook... If you want to discuss the case on FB use a fake profile.. If you are on the fence or think they are innocent be very careful... The HE supporters will call your job, stalk you in public if they know you, steal profile photos, send death wishes to your kids and make fake profiles of you and post nasty stuff all over fb...

Kind of :)
I still believe she heard the sound of water "running", but I do not think she described it well.
But now that I think on it, what does it even matter?
We all see the hose, we can tell the water was on.
The only question is why was it on, yeah?
Was it left on by JY very early before he left, MY in the early evening, JY to rinse down after the crime....or just some other random killer.

Honestly I do not see a way any one of us can pinpoint it just by looking at the picture or listening to MF's testimony :sigh:

I wonder why things get so vicious like that. The Darlie Routier case is like that too so I have avoided it even though I would like to look into it some more.

Right, they left it open because MF entered that way and first responders did too. I agree, the different ways of attempting to enter seemed weird too.

If JY asked MF to visit house, wouldn't MF have a key because MY was suppose to be at work, but she entered through the broken garage door?

He could have just held it in his hand, placed it in blood and then made a print on the pillow case or sheets. He wouldn't have to actually be wearing the size 10 shoes.

Then LE should have found out if JY purchased a pair of those shoes? jmo

Yea he has a little murder bag with extra shoes & scotch tape......

ikr? So JY intention was to make the scene as bloody as possible increasing the chances of incriminating himself? jmo

If JY asked MF to visit house, wouldn't MF have a key because MY was suppose to be at work, but she entered through the broken garage door?

She first said the key "didn't work", then said she later realized she was trying the wrong key and that she forgot to take it with her.

The defense questioned her about this because she had been to the house a week prior to print some things and he asked her why she didn't remember that she didn't have her key at that time. (She said she entered through the broken garage).

@54:00 - 56:00 Discussion of the key

Such a beutiful, sunny Saturday morning. I'm reminded of so many things as I sit here watching the humming birds drink their nector. Just 5 feet from my head they are. My butterfly bushes are in full bloom, crepe myrtles are beginning to bloom, daylilies, clematis, roses, the sweet smell of sweet peas.......so much beauty in this world.

So much Michelle will never see again. Thank you Meredith for bringing up Cassidy the way Michelle would. Thank you for devoting your life to this child. Thank you for all you do and will continue to do. How lucky Cassidy is to have you and her grandmotherr in her life!!

Do NOT bring other trial issues here and do NOT bring your disagreement with other members in other cases here.

This is about JY. Please stay focused.

Thanks,

Salem

If Meredith was familiar with entering the house without a key, then we can assume that the house was, in general, not secured.

It was loud and clear in the testimony. However, it goes against the prosecutions mantra that JY never talked to anyone and didn't even ask the cause of death.

At the time of that conversation, they didn't even know the cause of death. There was speculation that MY had bled as a result of the pregnancy. MF was not given details initially. JY asked her if CY was ok, according to testimony.

If you find he spoke to anyone, other than his attorneys, about any details, please share such link(s).

So much so that her father murdered her mother and left her alone in a house with her mother's dead body.

I'm not going to mention the other family atrocities here.

Unless you were there you cant say that for 100% sure.... Its just your opinion...

Exactly... And if the door is always locked who goes to someones house without the key...

But yet he cared enough to clean her up.... But not enough to lock the door...

Please remember that JY is once again innocent until proven guilty.

LOL, if he was setting up a burglary, he would WANT signs of forced entry.

But there were no signs of forced entry. Are you saying he should have broken in to support a burglary?
