Because everyone is intitled to their own opinion, and none of us are god, and therefore know exactly what happened, I am perfectly happy and content on this forum.
For the record, not once, never, have I defended Anthony. I just do not wear blinders for the Prosecution, or the Defense.
I have no problem with the Orange County Sheriff's office, the medical examiner, etc.
If Anthony is/was guilty of murdering Caylee, I put the responsibilty of the not guilty verdict squarely on the shoulders of Drane-Burdeck, Ashton, and other members of the prosecution. They didn't do their job. And please, don't put the blame on the jurors. The Prosecution had just as much say in seating them as the Defense did.
As for Baez not being honest; we'll see how ethical Ashton was when Berry rules on the motion the Defense filed. I love how the Ashton supporters are saying, "well, if he did what they say he did, the end justifies the means." If Baez had written a book, not Ashton, and had used material the court had sealed, virtually everyone would have wanted him lynched for it. Sealed is sealed.
For the record, I am neither an Anthony family and/or Baez insider, although I was passed yesterday by a silver Mercedes with the license plate "Mrs Baez".
As far as having opposing opinions, I'd be willing to bet if WS was around in 1996, the vast majority here would have thought Richard Jewel was guilty of The Centennial Olympic Park bombing in Atlanta. How did that work out? Opposing opinions, whether popular or not, are not a bad thing. I will not be pressured to not post because my opinions differ.
