Jeremiah was last seen with a cousin at North Sherwood Forest Park in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at approximately 6:00 pm on April 11, 2004. He parked his car at the northwest corner of the park, left his cousin in the car, and went into the park. He said he wanted to look for a cell phone holder that he lost. He never returned. A search of the area turned up his cell phone and one of his shoes about 50 yards from where his car had been parked. He has never been found.
