I was thinking the mud was from the lawn being over watered. The lawn had just been seeded right? So that usually means the seeds were raked over some fresher soil. JMO

Yes but I've noticed with my kids that when they've been digging in the yard the disturbance in the soil tends to smooth over when it rains hard. Everything is equally muddy then and the dug up spot doesn't stand out.

Then he would have had to change because his pants were muddy and wet.

I agree with you in that I have a very hard time believing he was involved in taking BL.

The motive for calling MW is simple. He called her for the same reason he tried to visit her at the flop house. It's his x-girlfriend and he probably still likes her or wants to get together.

If we tie that 11:58 cell phone call to missing BL, that says the abduction or death took place only 1.5 hours after DB said she went to bed and only 1/2 hour after Samantha Brando left her porch at 11:30. I find that very interesting.

If that was his motive for calling MW, and it very likely could be, it seems to be that he wouldn't know the phones were linked to missing BL. I just don't see how somebody would risk implicating themselves in a kidnapping just to give a hollar to their ex gf, kwim?

The timeline is awfully tight too. Never mind that he apparently stopped using the phones right before JI came home.

Are you thinking he buried the phones? If it was BL then the MT sighting would be false. If it was the phones then why would he be seen at BP with white pants and the phones be used after that time, if they were buried in the yard already?

Well, the sprinkler house is on N. Chelsea Ave. If you look at the map in the reference section it is one of the houses on the east side of the street. It's not marked, so I'm not sure which one. I believe it was pointed out before though not marked on the map here:

JMO but I am not yet convinced that the BP sighting is related. Whoever it is wouldn't recognize himself from that blob. If it had been somebody buying gas in a can I could have tied it to the dumpster fire but anybody can walk past a gas station without any evil intentions.

I don't think so. But the bar he liked to go to, One Eyed Jacks, is right by that BP.

I have a question about the abandoned house. Is the one they did the cistern search house at, the same one they found the diapers? Is that the house on Brighton?

He wouldn't have been going to One Eyed's that night as it closes at midnight on weeknights unless he was up to no good, which is possible.

The cistern house is directly on the way between the dumpster fire and BP it is not the house they found the diapers at. That house was on Chouteau.

We can't tell if the 'blob' was carrying anything in it's right hand or not. All I could see was the left arm swinging. The 'blob' didn't go to BP, just walked past it on the other side of the street along the empty lot. And yes, MW lived close.

Yep, from what we have it's too hard to tell if it is or is not carrying anything, if it is male or female or anything at all other than it's a 'blob' walking rather fast along Parvin Rd.

It is my opinion that "Jersey" was NOT involved with respect to the "disappearance" of Baby Lisa ...

Deborah, and Jeremy have wanted to "PIN" this "kidnapping" of their baby on someone .. and would have PINNED this on Jersey IF they COULD HAVE early on ... BUT they have NOT ...

:waitasec: So WHY have they NOT tried to PIN it on Jersey -- yet DB and JI, as well as their defense team and PI BS have tried to pin it on SODDI -- but yet they "fall short" of actually naming this SODDI as "Jersey" ...

DB and JI's defense attorneys and "pi" have been looking for a "KRONK" to blame this on since the beginning ...

And I believe IF LE "thought" that Jersey did "kidnap" Baby Lisa -- he would have been CHARGED with this by now ... and IMO, the investigation did NOT lead to Jersey ...

It led right back to DB ... and LE KNOWS who did it and who "helped" ... they just don't have the body and probably never will ...

Sorry -- I really did not want to say it so "blunt" but it is what it is ...

And the reason DB and JI have NOT "pinned" this on Jersey is because both DB and JI know there is NOTHING to indicate that Jersey was involved in "kidnapping" Baby Lisa ...

LE has "Jersey's" fingerprints, and probably DNA on file ... so IF Jersey had been INSIDE of DB and JI's home, their would have been SOME kind of evidence and he would have been named ...

I do not think Jersey was the blob in the BP video. To me it did not even look like the blob was carrying anything.

I still highly suspect Jersey is key somehow to the events surrounding BL's disappearance tho. I strongly feel he is the person who placed the call from DB's phone to MW's.

I was at a Christmas party this weekend. The source close to law enforcement (LOL. I have my own source now and have an idea of how that works in this case) said Jersey wasn't involved. Period. Full stop. Do I believe this person? Yes. But can I say it's 100 percent certain? No.

But source close to law enforcement did say the parlor game at this year's Christmas parties in KC area is chatting about where baby Lisa is and who is responsible for her disappearance.

I hear ya. But I only stated this because the logic of Jersey must not be responsible because he has not been charged with anything must also apply to everybody else as nobody has been charged with anything. I am not sure of anything on this case 100%, but Jersey has waaaaay too many things that make you go hmmmmm that make it impossible for me to totally bypass him yet as being any kind of innocent.
