I thought I heard someone on tv say that on that night he was in and out of the area coming back at night to turn on the sprinklers in someone's yard thats what I remember hearing . Did you ever notice how the reporter never quite asks the question you are thinking and wanting to hear them ask .When they talk to the pink hair girl and she says it was a 50 second call but she don't know who awnserd it .I say the same thing to myself every time . Ask her if she knows who did awnser it ..or ask her if she has asked all 8 people did you get the phone call ...but the reporter never does .

If he was around the neighborhood a lot, the dogs could know him by his smell and by his voice.

And for all we know, Deborah Bradley might have been friends with him. Maybe he was walking by and saw them sitting outside drinking wine and joined them. Maybe Deborah, her brother, and Jersey were all sitting on the porch drinking wine, and Deborah passed out and her brother went to sleep and Jersey had an opportunity to take the baby.

a) How do you know that a guy who is in the neighborhood regularly hasn't been to that back yard? Especially one with a love of burglary. b) if you will please read carefully, dogs sitting in a backyard can indeed distinguish the sound of people they know FROM THE BACK YARD - by sound and by scent.

A dog in a back yard is not deaf and unable to smell and unable to distinguish a familiar person from a stranger.

Bombshell on NG!!! Speaking of Jersey and that he's recently broken up with MW, violent break up.. She says that he was still taking part in criminal behaviors including burglary!!

The bombshell for me was that Jim Spellman CNN says that the exact place where the husband and wife saw the man with the baby at 12:15am is an actual "cut thru" or shortcut that Jersey was very much known to use on a daily basis.. As well as the fact that's the exact place where the dumpster fire was at 2:30am!!! Jersey is known to be extremely fond of setting fires!! All just a Coincidence?? Can't be IMO.. Way too much there!!

I do not see the Fire being set to be a huge part in this I mean maybe he tried to burn something and tossed it in but what i mean is that He didn't or whoever / didn't set someone on fire and toss them in I think we would know if it were the case they did comphiscate the bin but a body wouldny disappear from just being set on fire so its not that .the cell phones wouldnt disappear either a diaper im not sure maybe a pajama outfit ya that would burn up so i dont really know what to make of it.

Wow. So jim spelllman says that the man that mike Thompson picked out of the police line up of photos IS NOT JERSEY BUT IT IS ANOTHER GUY THAT LIVES IN NEIGHBORHOOD!! and cops weren't surprised per MT/.

Also, the sightings of a man carrying a baby were after he had passed the dumpster. But remember DB said that the police showed her something that was burned? It was burned clothing, she said. So maybe the fire didn't consume everything for whatever reason (not all the way in the fire, fire put out before everything was burned?)

I don't know . I don't think the neibhour is talking much the HLN reporter said she had huge to trespassing sighns on her lawn and lots of them so i havn;t heard how long she was actually there ..

That open window was in the front of the house. How could he possibly get into it with people sitting on the front steps drinking? Just so he can use the phone? I don't think so. And how would the dog know him? Just because he has been in the neighborhood? Dogs don't have that long a range of knowing someone. Dog is sitting in the back yard, how is the dog going to know Jersey is well known in the neighborhood?

True. Our dog barked at the mailman and milkman every time they came on the porch and they were definitely neighborhood regulars!

Now I'm really confused. A link on the other thread goes to a story that claims Jersey WAS in jail that night. If that's true, how could LE have been "looking" for him to question him? They didn't check their own jail records? He conveniently got out the morning after Lisa went missing? Is the reporter wrong?

Yes, the reporter was wrong on a few things. It is not a MSM article but a BLOG.

Well that's my point i was trying to make though . he took off the Pj's lit them threw them in thinking they would burn maybe hoping the dogs would hit there and then think landfill and be off the real direction they went if its them so he took it off the baby lights it throws it in and keeps walking thats why he is spotted with a almost naked baby later up the road....thats what i was thinking but even in that theres a problem because tonight jane valez mitchel said the guy that picked out the person who had the baby and was walking was a guy from the neibhour hood but was not the guy knowen as jersey so that kinda goes against that theory but thats if the guy identified the right guy to beguin with ..Something else to think about the guy on the motor bike that saw a guy walking with a baby said he picked the guy out of a police line up of pictures not random photos but mugshots so whoever this guy is that the biker picked out as who he saw carrying the baby also has a criminal record in order to of had a mug shot..

Forget the two older kids; what mother gets drunk when she's responsible for a 10 month old baby? It's not like you can put a 10 month old to bed at 10:30 and forget about them till morning. When my daughter was 18 months old my husband, brother and sister in law wanted to hang out on our screened in porch after I put her to bed. I refused to go out there because I was afraid I wouldn't hear her if she cried, or if she fell, or if she needed something. They told me to leave the window open so I could hear if she made any noise, but the window was at the opposite end of the house and I was afraid I wouldn't hear her. I remember that so clearly. I remember checking on her (my first) and my other kids when they were babies, going in at night if I hadn't heard a noise for a while to make sure they were still breathing. I can't imagine getting drunk and passing out and not being there if my daughter needed me. Who does that?

I never heard him say that. In one article he is quotes saying he was shown "pictures."
