"Jersey" and MW

I dont Know why everyone just assumes it's the window .How do we know that while she was outside on the porch the 2 boys werent fooling around and hit the screen on the window and she just didn't lock the front door and the perp walked right in and right out the front door again....The window screen may just be something coincidental that she does not remember because she was drunk or the boys didnt want to get in trouble for play fighting or kicking a ball in the house so the window may not play a role in this at all what so ever..

I don't assume it's the window. As he has a history of this kind of entry, I think it's possible. But as you say, there are lots of possibilities, including that he tried the window, found it too tough, and realized that it would be easier to come back later when all was quiet - but found that, to his luck, the door was open.

Well, I'm going to speculate that he can't have hair in a mugshot from when he was arrested then be this bald dude in jail. I didn't see his face full front today and would like it verified that it is Jersey in the vid, in court & what the heck his booking pic looks like now? I found it but where's the booking? Turning states evidence possibly or what's it called spillin' to the Federal Gov?

The picture that is showing in the mugshot is a picture from 2009 and he has long hair. It's not a picture from today. Today he was bald in court. I don't know if they have a new mugshot, but the one showing online is an old one.

When neighbour MH described him she said he shaved head and white t-shirt no?? If he had just shaved his head that day wouldn't she have mentioned that? She did say that MW did not have pink hair at the time she was around the neighbourhood.

Right. If she was drunk/passed out and her brother was asleep, and they both had been drinking, I doubt they were too worried about locking the door.

Did anyone see monday night on JVM where the guy working for HLN standing outfront of the house . Where he was talking to the guy that saw the person carrying the baby and the reporter for HLN shows him his I phone and its a video and the HLN reporter say's to the biker Is this the man you saw carrying the baby and he says yes thats him .SO this was a HLN reporter right what video would he have to show the biker the only one thier is that i have seen is of her and her brother at the store right. so then today the brother is taken in by police that lines up pretty good if u ask me I think the guy the biker may have identified is the brother in law that went with DB to the grocery store ..

The neighbor who noticed the sprinklers being on all day DID say that he shaved his head that very day.

In addition to make it harder for someone to recognize and identify you, one good reason to shave your head in October might be so that you'd be less likely to leave hair fibers at the scene of a crime.

Someone with a "jail mentality" might be thinking this way.

I have little faith in HLN reporting as it's also Entertainment News. I'm boring, I check maps, bookings, court dockets, you name it. lol boring!!

IMO MW is as shady as "jersey" and she was his girlfriend so there was some kind of bond. But now weeks after the "kidnapping" she's laying it all at his feet w/ her extra comments about how he was acting.

I just cannot buy what MW is selling right now.

I can't help you with her birth year or middle initial. But I did want to say that I agree about not buying what she's selling. She isn't off my radar at the moment, anymore than her ex-bf "jersey" is. We need to keep in mind that she has a possible axe to grind with Jersey, since we don't really know his side of the break up story. She claims he was returning to a life of crime and jailhouse mentality and she left him. Could be. But it could be a lot of things.

Given how often and the length of time LE has spent on her, I think she is more significant than she would have us believe. I'm leaning toward inconsistency (with LE) myself. JMO

The neighbor's comment about the sprinklers not being turned off until late suggests that he was hanging around the neighborhood and up to no good in those hours, instead of watching the water.

Was Lisa taken and handed off earlier than DB knows, and did she just assume (and was too drunk to know better) that Lisa was still sleeping?

Was Jersey in the house, having slipped in, earlier, and having made a phone call?

Was he just watching the house, having tried and failed to get in the window, and biding his time until he could slip in the door? Sometimes people will go in for the evening and not lock the door behind them right away.

But the homeowners were gone..and from whats been reported, the handyman was moving the sprinklers around and turning them off and on. (sounded like manual sprinklers, not in-ground auto).

Unless this Jersey fellow had passed the job off to someone else later in the day, he apparently returned later that night to turn them off, because they were indeed turned off later in the night.

Since the neighbor did see him there earlier in the day, he wasn't in custody at least part of that day. If he were somehow taken into custody later in the day, after the neighbor saw him, I can't imagine him using his single phone call from jail to ask someone to go turn off the sprinklers, kwim? Saying that somewhat tongue-in-cheek..but I mean really..when you think about it?

MT ( the older man who rode a motorcycle home from work) did NOT identify Jersey to the police as the man he saw walking at 4 am. This was announced several times on HLN last night. MT did identify one of the previous "players" as someone that had already been in the news.


"[At] 4 a.m., 45 degrees, baby don't have a coat or nothing and this guy is walking down the street and I thought it was kind of weird," Thompson said.
He thought the sight was so unusual that he recalled considering offering the man and baby a ride home, but couldn't because he was on his motorcycle. He later reported what he saw to police and told ABC News he is convinced the baby was Lisa.
Thompson described the man as around 5-feet-7, between 140 and 150 pounds and in his late 30s or early 40s.

Water pressure is lower to homes during the day because many people are using the city's water during the day. In addition, if you water at night, less water is evaporated by the sun.

I was yelling at the tv last night watching this. Why wouldn't they just tell who he ID'd. I don't get it. It wasn't Jersey or Phillip. Only others are JI (but he was calling 911 at the time. Or DB's dad. Who else could it be and why are they keeping it a secret?

Absolutely, understood. Its that way in my own neighborhood.
However, the still leaves the neighbor saying Jersey was the one handling the sprinklers..and that they were turned off late in the night. By whom? She doesn't know, didn't see. Was Jersey back in the neighborhood that night to turn them off himself? For me, respectfully, thats the point of the sprinkler conversation, rather than the finer points of lawncare
