"Jersey" and MW

So, DB, in your opinion, could have kidnapped the baby she went through labor with and had? :waitasec:

Parents do "abduct" and then kill their own kids. It's within my realm of possibility, albeit less likely than MW/ Jersey.

Motorcycle Man is trying to make this guy fit the video from the gas station I think. He's beginning to compromise the whole "I saw this guy carrying a baby" scenario he reported.

Motorcycle Man is trying to make this guy fit the 'blob' floating down the street? For goodness sake. :waitasec:

I may be totally confused but the witness on NG is not a reliable witness, IMO.

I agree. Sadly, many eyewitness accounts are not reliable. It doesn't mean that a witness is lying.

I also believe this is why some of the statements that DB has made seem conflicting; under great stress it's difficult to recall details. When details start to come in, it seems suspicious that "this wasn't mentioned before" or something like that when really, that's just the way the brain works.

Thank goodness we have forensics to aid in investigations.

Well-sourced timeline from our local paper as reported this afternoon: http://m.kansascity.com/kcstar/db_41535/contentdetail.htm?contentguid=GC1vGKOz

Also linked in my earlier posts.

I don't see anywhere in that timeline where the neighbor said she saw Lisa alive and well.

ETA:

Samantha Brando, a next door neighbor in her 20s, came over to the Irwin house with her 4-year-old daughter. The daughter played with Lisa’s half-brothers.

Bradley put Lisa in her crib about 6:40 p.m., while Brando headed to a store to purchase liquor for herself.

Brando returned to the Irwin home about 7 p.m. and sat on the front stoop with Bradley. The two smoked cigarettes, talked and drank into the night.

Oh no
I' haven't seen the news all day...can you tell me which media this came from or was it from a previous interview of MW? thanks.

I did not see that. I saw an interview with her today in which she said she was a victim of parental kidnapping. Now, she's a victim of domestic violence by a pyromaniac meth freak. In the first interview, she was reluctant to say that he even spent much time in that neighborhood. Does MW have her own Lifetime channel now?
Apparently from a HLN interview. No details yet.

Under great stress? She had a problem because she was drunk. She never once mentioned she was stressed, not that I recall.

As I've said repeatedly, We live in a city where the state line is minutes or seconds away. Interstate crime in our city is normal and very typical.

Right, I understand that. I live where the Michigan and Ohio state lines are minutes away. Just wanted to make it clear not all kidnapping crimes are federal, states also have laws. That's all!

katydid23,
I'd like to know if you find it.

this is from the new timeline linked above:

What about the 5:30 pm chicken dinner that was listed in the People mag timeline?

What about the report that the neighbor looked in on Lisa at 4:30 in her crib?

You said "But I am still on the fence until I get a clearer timeline. I still need to have a definitive answer as to when someone besides mom and dad saw a living and breathing Baby Lisa."

The article says: the brother was in the home at 4:30 and again around 5:30. While the doesn't say he laid eyes on BL, it doesn't say he did not see her either.

I was referring to the brother.

FWIW on NG the reporters were repeating the "fact" that the call from the "missing" cell phone and MW's phone was between 8-8:30 PM.

powayparent,
I wish somehow NG's reporters could confirm their fact. Sometimes NG's facts end up being nonfacts. :) I appreciate your post, I can't get to the tv now. lol

Except it doesn't in this case. It means exactly what it says.

Re the FBI, the Kansas City Police Department is the lead investigative agency in this case. So if KCPD has moved on and doesn't consider Jersey to be involved, neither does the FBI.

That Jersey isn't involved is one of the few definitive statements that KCPD has made in the last couple of weeks on this case. The unit overseeing this case is known for being tight lipped.

Well.......I hate to quibble. But we've heard that before, right up until the time they arrested the person they had "moved on from". :innocent:

Samantha Brando says she last saw baby Lisa at 4:30 p.m. Her daughter last saw the baby about 6:30 p.m. Oct. 3.

Seriously? I think a missing baby qualifies as a stressful event.

sbm...katshep - Is this your post I'm quoting - i got a bit confused.

was there a new article or video of mw today. I've looked on hln and didn't find anything but perhaps it takes a while before they upload their videos to their website - maybe they don't do all of them idk. tia.

The state of MO, as well as other states, has a kidnapping statute. One will only be charged with the federal crime of kidnapping if the subject is taken out of the state they were kidnapped from.
