Willmott's cross of Samuels was my first exposure to her. I didn't know it was possible for anyone to talk that fast. That gives me hope Juan will get a crack at Doc Love today.

Wondering if anyone else caught this when she said it during her testimony. I just caught the snippet on insession and it's hard to tell the way they cut and paste but I'm guessing it was on re-direct when her reply to Nurmi was something like: "Just to be clear, the fog falls into that too".

I couldn't help but lol. Yes, Jodi, let's be sure we're all clear about that fog.

I see the photo just like you outlined - shoulder, neck, back w/blood But thanks to your awesome photos, that button really stands out. It looks like the duvet cover/blanket isn't totally covering him since we can see his whole upper body. If you look at the same picture in this link, you can see the tip of JM's pen pointing at the button.

Another thing I noticed due to your great pics ~ I originally thght he was being dragged dwn the hallway in this pic, but now I see it's NOT tile, it's carpet. This is probably where he's being wrapped in the duvet cover at the edge of the bdrm/hallway. (where you can see the large spot that looks like blood/sock transfer. ??? hmmm...

Hello everyone! I have been MIA for a few days, somehow got a nasty virus on the laptop and had to remove everything and reinstall. Long weekend.

Anyway, I will never get caught up, you guys have been moving right along. Can anyone give me a quick synopsis of where we are headed today in court, if there will even be televised court etc. I know on the last day of Samuels that they were to handle the situation regarding the powerpoint slides but I did not recall if that was today or was last week while the jury was off.

I also know that the media and others say she is attractive/pretty, but I do not see that at all. I see a very ugly woman who is nothing without her bleached hair and made up face.

I think she was cute (not hot) pre-murder with brunette hair and a fuller face/body. Now I think she looks ugly as sin.

Apparently it was a message for MM to be delivered from Donovan. She didn't deny it, or give an explanation. When asked about the numbers written down in the second magazine she said they looked like "page numbers". If she was going to play dumb, I don't think she would have said 'page' numbers, but just numbers. I assume she already has an excuse lined up.

I think she said that she was 'told' they were page numbers. I would have to go back and relisten to her testimony to be sure. She made it sound like she had no idea about anything, that someone mentioined to her this had happened with one of her mags, but that magazine had been through several people so it could have been a set up.

I could be understanding it incorrectly though. The whole time she was on the stand I got so confused and turned around that I had a hard time remembering what I know was fact and what wasn't.

I've been thinking about another theory on the whole sex tape/anal sex thing lately. It sure seems that JA thoroughly enjoyed having anal sex. She made sure to have it with every one of her bf's & from her own account it seemed to be the preferred method to have sex in her & TA's sexual relationship. As a woman, it's her booty hole that's going to be violated so it's ultimately her choice if she wants or desires the man to violate it. What I'm saying is *except in those legitimate cases of sexual abuse/molestation/torture/etc* the woman holds the ultimate power of how a couple is going to have sex. If JA disliked/hated it so much like she claims then all she would have to do is tell TA that it's not an option but her other 2 holes of her 3 hole wonder were good to go & I can guarantee you that TA would've accepted that. Either they would've had sex the way most people have it or he just woulda gotten another one (of many) of those infamous JA BJ's off of a very willing to give JA. The only 2 other female witnesses in this trial who knew/dated TA said that he was nothing but respectful of their boundaries that they set & I believe what they say over ANYthing that JA says ANY day. No way he was giving her some nonsense about anal sex being more moral than vagjayjay sex because that's just absurd & only a psychopath/sociopath whose way of thinking is so distorted & social cues way off-center -such as JA- would think that that crap makes any kind of sense, or is a believable statement. TA knew that ANY kind of sex before marriage was looked at as being equally immoral & the only reason that JA stresses that they constantly had anal sex is because she needed to try & further collaborate that TA was somehow some future pedophile who fantasized about doing what he was doing to her, to little boys. Basically, we all know that it's made up BS to best assassinate TA's good character & try so pathetically to garner sympathy from the jury. But I think that this backfired because the jury heard the same sex tape we did where she is thoroughly enjoying the talk about anal sex so much so that she CAN'T stop talking about it & she also went as far as to make a drive to find a place in the woods so she could have some more of this with TA. They know that she is most likely an anal sex freak like I do, and with that said, it hit me that what if JA was the one in the relationship that preferred the anal sex & not TA as she claims? She is a master manipulator, ya know.... What if she told him on some phone call before the one that she recorded -or- in person before the recorded phone call that she LOVED having anal sex w/ TA and she found it SO hot when he talked to her about it. The significance of this is that we all know how calculating/premeditated that JA was (and still is) in this whole sick situation & there are some that believe that she recorded that phone sex call as part of her premeditation because she planned to kill TA not too long after that call & she thought that catching him saying all of this out of character stuff would help somehow vindicate her if she were to be caught (I more so believe that it was recorded for what would've been never-ending blackmail purposes had she not murdered TA). Hypothetically speaking (because none of us truly know exactly why JA recorded that phone call & if there's one thing that I've learned from JA it is never say never & to expect the unexpected [from JA] because one never knows what insane-level crazy thing that she is going to do/say next; this makes anything possible with her, to the point that she does really crazy things that no one else would think of doing & she does them for the strangest reasons that most of us can't understand), if this phone call was recorded as part of her premeditation, then would it not be much of a leap to believe that days/weeks before she recorded the call (that she was already planning to record) she made sure to set TA up with the things that she wanted to catch him saying. Like telling him that she most enjoys the anal sex, how it turns her on the most when he talks about it, & how they should have/utilize phone sex whilst apart to quell the loneliness. Heck, she could've set him up the same if she planned on using it as blackmail. There would be nothing better to her than catching TA not only confessing to having sexual relations w/ her -outside of marriage- but going a step further & having TA confess to having all kinds of sex with her, the icing on the cake being all the talk about anal sex. JA knew that if she were to go to the bishop w/ this recording that anal sex would be a lot more damning to TA than the other 2 kinds of sex since it is seen as kind of taboo (even for unreligious ppl) & def seen as the MOST taboo of the 3 types of sex. JA believed that all the sex talk -making sure to get/include TA talking about their anal sex- would make the best blackmail material because it would best scare the crap out of TA, & therefore in doing so best serve her blackmail plans/purposes. She is SOOO calculating that I honestly believe that even the sex tape was a whole set-up that once again TA fell for hook, line, & sinker. She makes me so sick. Anyways, this is just a thought, or a gut feeling that I have in regards to that tape.

Honestly, she is an attractive woman. She doesn't do the whole makeup thing anymore obviously. However, what we know about her through this trail has made her 'ugly' if that makes any sense.

I don't like to critique looks too much. There are so many more things that equal beauty in my book. Jodi, though, was attractive in a certain way and sexually adventurous. She was a gold mine for men at her age. She was attractive to men of all ages, purely for the sex. Add in and her ability to be whatever they wanted her to be at any given time.

IMPO, she has very few female 'friends' because they were not interested in a sexual relationship so that doesn't cloud the waters. We can see the part that is manipulative and wouldn't want to be in a friendship with her. She would think it was because we are jealous, we would know its because we can see crazy a mile away.

Agreed, I also noticed that many of her own pics were photo shopped. If you go to that crazy JII website there are three pics on the homepage. The first on the left is of her in jail, the second is one she had on her myspace page and it's obvious her teeth have been photo shopped. I would think if she photo shopped her teeth she would most likely do other things to improve her photos.:twocents:

Playing devils' advocate here but...we don't know that's Jodi's foot! In fact, I don't know where or how Flores said it was female. A stripe slack with a zipper is worn by both male/female while skiing. Which would then tie in (if applicable) a ski mask. So......? I'm just sayin'.....

Your post just reminded me of a question that has been bugging me for a while. Did JA say something to the effect (in an interview) that she had 2 pair of those jeans with a zipper or did I imagine it? The latter is very possible :blushing:
