On Jodi's myspace photo tribute to Travis, picture 15 shows Travis feeding a treat to Napolean. He has something high and around his bicep! It could be one of those ipod holders, but I don't see any earphones and he isn't wearing work out clothes. Just thought I'd mention it.

I could feel in my gut that she was stretching her abuse story. Fake and overdone. It sounds like her house was like mine and she should have just been an average somewhat scarred human....maybe like a lot of us. Instead I am seeing she belongs with the rest of the extreme Cluster B club. She is a danger to others for sure.

we don't know, we don't know that was not a fabrication. They are taking each statement of hers about that stuff as if it is fact. Did goth guy come forward and we can corroborate he was abusive?

Actually I am shocked she is testifying. However, the way her family is behaving in the courtroom (from what I have seen so far) appears that they may have corroborated her story in an attempt to spare her life. Also from what I have heard so far, it doesn't appear she went into much detail regarding WHY it was necessary to murder Travis.

She'll get into the details of that at the very end. Nurmi asked her killing him right up front to establish that she's not denying it and to put the rest of her testimony in the context of the knowledge that she did it. All of the rest will be the "why."

Hey well i only have cats but i have nephews and etc, I got the belt once..because i smoked my dad cigarette ,,,Mom would put that HUGE metal spoon..and i got hit like 3 times.. It hurt but she had reasons. Clearly she was not beating me up... But i dont thinki would do the same... With my cats i use a water bottle..i dont slap them

I got hit with a wide leather belt and fly swatter by my mom. Still dont look at it as abuse. Now my dad beat me with his fists to a bloody pulp quite often for a long time. That I do feel that was abuse.

I dont see any abuse that JA suffered. Of course I wouldnt believe Jodi Arias if I saw her tongue being notarized right in front of my very own eyes.:banghead:

Many people have been spanked with a belt and now that they are grown most of them say they know they deserved it and got away with a lot more too when they should have gotten a spanking. None of them call the spankings abuse.

When I went to high school the male teachers all had thick wooden paddles with holes drilled all in it and they would use it to discipline the males and they didnt swing easy either.

I don't think they're committing misconduct, and they do not have to believe her. If Jodi were to tell them -- Hey lawyers, there's really no ex boyfriend named Bobby or Victor, but I'm going to make up stories and testify about them to help my case. Well.. then the lawyers would have to inform the judge if Jodi did then testify in that manner, and to do otherwise would be misconduct.

Okay, if I'm understanding correctly, it doesn't mean that they would be committing misconduct by allowing her to give a BS story of how or why she killed Travis but only if they know in advance that she was going to lie to a certain question. So then, they can avoid this by asking vague questions and then letting her elaborate without crossing any lines.

That is why I dont watch any of these shows that come on at night. They take something not proven and try to make it into a fact.:furious:

Yes, spanking Jodi with a spoon shattered the upper limits of Jodi's brain and THAT was the cause of Jodi's ability to regulate (according to Dr. Drew, an INTERNAL MEDICINE BOARD CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN AND NOT A PSYCHIATRIST). Millions of others throughout the world have been spanked. Their brains' abilities to regulate were not shattered. They don't murder others. This isn't Jodi's "problem".
