Thank you! I'm sure I can't possibly wade through posts from today so if anyone wrote me something they wanted a reply to please send it to me privately.

They asked us to come back again this Wed. I was already planning on attending the pm session that day so it will be perfect. He called us "Drew's Jury" lol

I had to disagree w/ my girl Katie though...I could NOT let it be left with the thought the jury could believe her BS. No no no...had to step on that notion. I had a better view than her anyway!

You did great Katie!!!

Very articulate, just like your writing

My mom liked you best :D
Yes, I made her, over the internet b/c i'm so abusive like that, watch Dr. Drew even tho she can't stand him. lol)
Moms know best!
:)

There's no reason that benefits her to lie about the gun now. Telling the truth on the stand now will only benefit her case. So I think she'll tell the truth about it for that reason.
If the gun is with her burned clothes and the burned car mats, it STRONGLY appears that she was hiding evidence to escape prosecution. That never looks good.

I'm back. Apparently my DVR prefers The Bachelor over Dr. Drew so I won't get it til the next taping. So....???? Did I look as nervous as I felt?

I knew it! I knew last week when you asked me "will you accept this rose?" that was a total Bachelor rip off! :floorlaugh:

You looked at ease and gave great insight. Both of you were excellent. Those HLN shows would be fortunate to have you on a regular basis. So glad we have you here! Not that we "have" you. I swear I'm not making you a t-shirt and boy shorts reading "LotusPawprint's"!

Except that if she admits taking it to Mesa, it will show premeditation. She took that gun TO that house to kill him. I'm not sure how she can spin a lie as to why, but to me it really does show premeditation. I suppose she could say she took it there to protect herself from an abusive Travis, but if he was abusive, why go there in the first place. That gun is a smoking one, in my opinion.

what did she say, "simply put.. yes in self defense" (as to the question if she killed Travis)

ummmm.. so why does she have a gun and a knife when in those pre-murder photos nothing is in them (not even soap)

and

1) she has a camera
2) she has him in a vulnerable position (naked and seated right at the end)
3) has weapons within her reach (two!)

Katie,
Thank you for speaking the truth. I'm getting this weird vibe that they may not have treated you right??? You've got a wonderful following to help you if you need anything.
I'm proud to "know" you my friend.

HAHA my friends texted me saying I was shooting daggers at (the other) katie. lol I had no idea! But I had to interrupt her. I'll just say it, nice girl, but she's trying to get discovered. She's auditioning for a job. And frankly, she'd be great! But girlfriend better not be taking my time and speaking for me (as she did tonite...we are not a "we"). So...I'll be prepared on Wednesday. ;)

Anybody catch the Freudian when she started to say "my" when talking about VA family? I'm wondering if they are related.

  • #588
on the 48 Hours Mystery show, JA says her childhood was "almost ideal" - on the stand she says that she had an abusive childhood...

JA has proven, to me, that she can lie about anything with terrifying ease.

BBM

I bet they bring in an 'expert' who testifies that 'battered' children often lie and say they had ideal childhoods. JMO

OMG I will wear it...under my clothes. LOL

She wouldn't leave a gun with burned clothes, etc. She'd have pitched it somewhere, like the hoover dam, where it will never be found. She'll admit it, imo.

Yes maybe so but nobody will believe her. Because she's a KNOWN liar.
Nobody will ever believe her again, if they have any common sense. Or Scott Peterson, Michael Petersen, Casey Anthony, Drew Peterson, Melanie McGwire...........

we need to make "websleuths" underwear and wear them in the penalty phase

(slightly kidding... I am SURE we will get to the penalty phase however)

I thought you both were very articulate and he is lucky to have you as his secret jurors! I do hope he lets you speak to your personal knowledge that might be insightful to the viewers.

I have the show recorded if you need it uploaded - pm me.

And why submit a false police report? Why not just take the gun?

I actually laughed when she said you'd both be there tomorrow and you said that you wouldn't. I wish you had talked more actually. She did a good job, don't get me wrong, but you are very eloquent and would love to hear more from you! :)

Bury it in that vast desert she drove all over after the crime...

You did fine. It was good you had a different viewpoint than your friend "katie" who was on your right and on TV on the left side. IMO, she seemed way too cheerful and happy and giggly for the topic at hand. To me, your viewpoints helped bring about the reality that Travis was murdered and someone needs to be prosecuted for it.

Great job and it is great you both were asked back. You have a new career. :)

Can the jurors ask more than "yes or no" questions?

If they can only ask "yes or no" questions, it would be awesome to see them ask, "Is the gun located 5 miles from Travis' house?" "Is the gun located 10 miles from Travis' house?" "Is the gun located 15 miles from Travis' house?" "Is the gun located near XYZ interstate?"
lol

:floorlaugh: That would be so amazing.

I have become more comfortable with this jury lately. I was concerned at first but I think they already have her number and her stories are an insult to their intelligence at this point.

Are you SUGGESTING that all of us get Websleuths booty shorts and post photos of our booties? :what: :floorlaugh:
