There's been no testimony from anyone other than Jodi saying they've had sex with Travis - of any variety. But there has been more testimony in regards to Jodi.

Only Jodi has stated Travis was experienced as far as I know.

IMO the defense is setting up the entry of the alleged 'sex tape'..
now what I don't understand is and could be wrong; there are privacy laws in place that IF recorded without the consent of the other is considered 'not admissable' in a court of law..
Does AZ have a different law I have not heard about? Or is it bc TA is now deceased?

Which is good and bad. Jury has her stupid story to find sympathy for on the long weekend. Juan has long weekend to prepare the attack that won't offend jury or evoke sympathy for her but will finish her off.

Another positive (if we all agree the Defense would have dragged this out to 6:29 pm EST Thurs) is that we have one less day of her direct testimony to endure.

Yes. But my point was that Travis had all his family and friends believing he was chaste even after months of engaging in a sexual relationship with Jodi.

People are still portraying him as a devout Mormon, innocent of sex. My point was that don't you think Jodi knows how Travis is being portrayed even AFTER we already know he had sex with Jodi in "three holes"?

Certainly she thinks she can spin things so that the jury will see her as a basically "nice girl" sexually. Of course I don't believe she can. I think they already have labeled her a and a . Like everyone else. As far as we "know", she has had, what?, 7 partners? Geez, I've had more than that. Guess I'm a big ole .

And the odd thing is, it has ZERO to do with the fact that she slaughtered Travis in cold blood. :waitasec:

OK while we are on a break someone tell me if I have this right..................

First came Bobby who was a Goth illegal who lived with his "mom and dad" who were not really his "mom and dad" (they were in their 70's) in a small run down house that had tar from cigs rolling down the walls. The "parents" moved into a retirement home and left the young couple the house but the young couple couldn't pay their bills so they went without heat and electricity for a short while one winter. Bobby "cheated" on Jodi so she cyber stalked him. Bobby held her in a head lock and threatened to kill her parents. Bobby wanted to go hunt vampires and Jodi said thanks but no thanks. Somehow this Bobby knew Victor? and that is how she met the next bf? Bobby was the love of her life, for a short period of time.

Victor lived in Costa Rica and Jodi lived with him and his family for a little while. Victor cheated on her as well? Victor found out about Jodi coming to visit his family again, he took off so as to avoid her? She stalked him as well?

Then came Matt M. He was dating another girl when they met. Jodi repsected that but as sooon as the other girl was out of the picture she jumped. They lived together (I'm seeing a pattern here) and worked together. When they no longer lived together Matt cheated on her. Jodi went and confronted the other woman (Biannca from Romania) but DID NOT go and confront Matt (can I call BS on this?). Jodi moved to another place, got another job and Matt followed her. They lived in a tent together but only had sex once then and were just friends.

Next up is Mr Brewer. They met when Jodi was applying for a job. This is the job that Jodi had when Matt moved into her tent. They didn't date when he was her supervisor. He demoted himself to date her, not one demotion but two. They bought a house together and she helped raise his child. Jodi was fine with the relationship and helped with the bills until she learned of PPL. No cheating from D Brewer. Jodi dumped him but continued to live with him after she met Travis in Las Vegas at a PPL convention. Matt and D Brewer know one another and remain friends (according to Matt and D Brewer).

Is all of that correct? Did I miss something? I'm thinking that Jodi has read way to many romance novels at this point.

IMO she has the negative opinions about her because of how she handled her relationships and more importantly her breakups.

When it was over, she didn't let it go. Somehow, EVERY single guy she has been with cheated on her. She stalked and cyber-stalked.

I think she used sex to hang on to guys.

I doubt you could be categorized in any of those ways. So, rather than the quantity of her relationships. . .it's the quality of them that seems to be at issue.
